My 7 year old daughter put ranch on her salad for dinner. And she happened to look down and see blue on a piece of cheese. And it was mold. Mixed the salad up more and there was blueish green mold all over the cheese. They refunded the salad and we did not eat none of the food. We was Disgusted. Long story short they salad some one did not check the salads in the morning. Won’t be back.

This is the best Fazoli’s experience that my wife and I have had. This is our first time at this location and we were really astounded that they do table service when they bring out the food. Food has fallen off tremendously. I’m not talking about the taste being slightly off. The sauces both red and white taste extremely fake and cheap, the meat balls are inedible, the pizza was a dough ball. The people are great, the food was disappointing at every front. Sorry

I really love so many of the things here, especially their chicken wings. However, their garlic mushrooms are not good. First, they are canned mushrooms. Second, they do not taste like there is any garlic in them. They taste like they were taken out of the can, heated, and served.
