Brooklyn was amazing from start to finish. She informed of the unusual wait time due to my food being prepared fresh, which I have no problem with. She was very courteous and her personality is great for the window.

I frequent this restaurant regularly and it’s always so clean, the employees are always polite (even umongst themselves) and they all seem to enjoy being there and working together. As a retail worker myself, I know how hard it us to find employees like that. I always enjoy eating there because it’s an enjoyable atmosphere!

Start with customer service. Incredibly shorthanded. The lady’s was great, unfortunately the food fell very short. Pasta like rubber. Pizza overcooked, lasagna undercooked, chicken alfredo was inedible had to be sent back. Second time pasta with still rubbery but chicken was better. Every table still had food from the previous guests, the floors are dirty and nasty from food and paper. Had to ask for towel and cleaner. Then clean my own table. Not worth the $27.00 that we paid to eat.

It felt like I was at an olive garden, but the food actually got here faster, tasted just about as good, and the staff was phenomenal. Portion size was over expectations. And kudos to Miss Lucinda. She took our order and delivered it extremely fast.

Customer service overall was pretty poor today. Once we arrived, one of the workers had a little girl pass out the breadsticks, and the little girl (6 or 7 years old-ish) was handling the tongs.. the part that touches the food! From ordering to food on the table, we waited 15-20 min. No breadsticks were offered to us during that time. There was a younger girl there who was apologetic about our wait and helpful, and I am thankful for that. Floors were dirty, but the food was really tasty. Pizza was the best I have ever had at Fazoli’s.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by two amazing women at Fazoli’s, by the name of Kelli and Raynna in Madisonville, KY. They have outstanding customer service and I was greeted with a smile from the time I walked in. If you get a chance, stop in and check them out. My husband and I had a horrible experience that may prevent us from returning to any Fazolis again! We had been traveling for quite a long time and decided to eat at Fazolis at 8 pm. Their site indicated they closed at 9. As soon as we stepped up to the counter to order, a young girl from the kitchen yelled at us saying we couldn’t order food because they were closed. Terrible customer service! All she had to do was calmly let us know they were closing, but we could order food to go. Never will stop at this location again!
