I ordered a side salad in drive thru … I got home and its wilted and the lettuce is red and slimy…there is no dressing on this salad that is all wilted nasty lettuce! pictures attached.. I tried to call and had to leave a message!

We got the baked fettuccine and it was piping hot and very flavorful. The bread sticks were great, like always, and the mozzarella bites are crunchy on the outside with hot, stringy cheese on the inside. All around a delicious lunch.

KAI was a wonderful waiter. He was very helpful and pleasant during our visit. He was always checking to see if we had everything we needed or if he could help with anything. I would highly recommend asking for him during your visit.

Stephanie M. did a very nice job at the front counter. There was a huge school group in the restaurant and the kids had taken up every seat. She advised that it could take a few extra minutes for my order but it didn’t. My order was to est in the restaurant. Once I got my tray and walked around, I asked to get it to go and the whole staff was super helpful.

No one came out to take our order for at least 7 minutes. We ordered on the kiosk and our food was brought out about 10-14 minutes later. The food was good, the bread was a little soggy but it tasted good. The tables were not clean, despite the fact that the place was empty/not busy. Our table appeared clean at the first look but it was still dirty because it hadn’t been wiped.

The first time I ever had the spaghetti, it didn’t have much sauce. I chalk it up to the preparer.. But ever since then. I’ve had more than enough sauce and meats in my food.. Always friendly when I go there.. The breadsticks are awesome!!!!

Should be zero! To go order received with random pieces of bread sticks. Very poor customer service. Returned food immediately and got money back. I wouldn’t trust eating anything from this nasty place. I will never stop at any Fazoli’s again.

The young man at the drive thru was very nice and mannerly. I got the Italian Sub, it was a bit greasy, and definitely needs lettuce and tomatoes to offset the huge amount of Italian ham, salami, pepperoni ,cheese and hot peppers. I put balsamic drag on mine instead of mayo. The Bread sticks were hit and delicious!! YUM!!
