Employees messed our order up and then acted like we ruined their lives by mentioning it to them. We weren’t acting like Karen’s or anything. Dirty tables, couldn’t find anywhere to sit. Employees sat at the table across from me and loudly discussed their personal lives. Besides the order being wrong, it also came out old.

Ordered a family meal the staff didn’t even know what was on it I had to pull it up on the fazoli website and they still argued what went with it when they didn’t bring it all out. Very rude cashier and made it like it was my fault that she didn’t know about about the family meal. The food wasn’t the greatest either it didn’t have the seasoning it used to it was pretty bland.

I’m so happy I finally got the chance to try Fazolis. We stopped at one in Richmond KY. The staff were very sweet. Food came out fast and hot and was so delicious, I give that 5 ⭐. I had the Philly cheesesteak ravioli. Endless breadsticks were awesome. But we had to ask for “refills” of them. I was NOT disappointed! The ONLY problem with giving 5 stars is due to they had no Coca-Cola at all available and the drink area needed updating. Can’t wait to travel again hopefully there is a Fazolis!

I’m really disappointed in Fazoli’s now!! I ordered the baked chicken alfredo and the chicken had four little bitty pieces of grilled chicken!! To top that off the chicken was extremely salty and alfredo sauce wasn’t evenly distributed through out the noodles!! I spent $8.00 plus a few extra bucks with no drink. So, with a 10.00 price point it’s just not worth it for a little bowl of fettuccine noodles!! I certainly could have bought better and fixed it at home for 10.00 bucks. It’s pretty bad when cookout has better food than Fazoli’s!! WOW

All I can say is that italian food should not be served as fast food. It is meant to be savored and enjoyed. When someone orders chicken Alfredo pasta maybe some chicken should go into the mix.

This is the best Fazoli’s location I’ve ever been to! The food is great, the place is clean and their staff is very accommodating, friendly and very professional. Special thanks to TOYA and Carol, 2 of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met, for their excellent service every time my family and I come to eat! They’ll always greet you with a smile and I’m sure their coworkers would say they are a joy to work with. Kudos to you both!
