This is a great place to eat that is in-between fast food and regular dining. You can dine in or go through the drive through.

Worst Italian food in memory. Almost crunchy lasagna with overcooking. Had better quality from a can. The soft drink was adequate. Employees were very courteous, as if apologizing for the food they were about to serve. Store was clean.

We do not have Fazoli’s in PA so every time I visit my parents we make it a point to go here for lunch. The last two times I have used the Fazoli’s app and got a free baked spaghetti one time and five dollars off the second time. Table service is quick and lunch staff was friendly. They have the Coke blend to order fountains, which I like. They also have good iced tea. The restrooms are clean.

Food is good but the service can be frustrating at times. Examples: order the ultimate sampler and they give u a different sampler…lol Other times if you order a special topping change or ingredient change, it will probably be wrong…lol Especially when it’s busy getting those requests corrected might be frustrating but above all I do recommend this restaurant because the food quality is still great and worth the wait.

Always love the food and the waiters and Staff are always Efficient . Today I asked if we had to wear a mask and they said. We, the Customer did not have to, but they did. I don’t know of other Fazoli’s places, Here in Danville, Kentucky we didn’t have to.

It was so refreshing to hear coworkers that were being kind to each other, double checking that customers had everything they needed, and being very kind all around. While the food is good, the employees make sure you’re well taken care of and really make you smile.

I went here for dinner tonight, staff was oh so friendly! There was a line all the way around the building so I go in to order and I had been waiting for 10 minutes (order was large due to family) when this host came out (not sure of name) he had glasses and red hair he said he filled in for all the stores and he gave me a refund because I had waited at that point atleast 30 minutes! I just want to say what a nice, young gentleman he was and what great customer service I had received from him! 100% recommend

Usually Danville KY is a good location but today they were rude. There weren’t any familiar faces either so I guess I will take a break from it until staff turns over again. They need to make the menu correct too, so many listed things aren’t actually an option.

You would think being a spaghetti place that they might just have some. Evidently not. I’ve paid and now I’ve been sitting here for about 13 minutes for a family meal. Starving kids at home. It’s everytime I come here. Doesn’t matter what time of day. You always have to wait. Spaghetti, how hard is it people??!! I mean really. And when they bring u the order at least offer some extra breadsticks!!! For waiting and waiting and waiting. You get our money though, then make us wait for an eternity!! Fast Food, NOT!! Slowest place ever!! Then she brings out food to the two cars behind me. Where the hell is that coming from. Wow….. u should have made both those orders my order. I was here first!!!! Not ever coming back illbtell u that. Still waiting 16 minutes. Got home had rotten lettuce. Sauce wasn’t full, it was only half.
