Shorted 2 breadsticks. Spaghetti was not warm at all. Meatball was COLD. Very little sauce on the chicken Alfredo, it was a little warmer than the spaghetti. But none of it was served up to temp. Do better Fazolis, you used to be our favorite take out.

Food is always good, unfortunately today I witnessed incredibly bad customer service in the drive thru my window was down, and the driver in front of me was honking for attention from the assistant in the window and wanted to validate that he was mis charged and when the lady finally came to the window she blamed the customer for the issue because he forgot to hand the coupon with his card, now seeing as he probably told the lady when ordering she should have mentioned it was missing. I know it’s not her job but instead of being kind she chose to charge him full price, and then the manager instead of asking him to come into the restaurant to fix it said and I quote sorry nothing I can do now!!!

This is the third time in a row that we ordered dinner. Food is awesome . We had fried spaghetti. The house salad was crispy and fresh as can be. And the desert: triple chocolate cheesecake and NY style cheesecake both awesome!

Clean store. Food was fast, hot, and exactly what we wanted. The cashier had an amazing personality. I wish I got her name. She was friendly, quick, and welcoming! We were there on 6-23-22. I noticed that she made sure that another employee was giving another customer excellent service. It’s the little things. We will be back.
