First time eating at fazolis and had an amazing experience! Food was delicious and the man working the front counter was very nice. Huge portions. Breadsticks were fresh. Only complaint is that there are no locations in Louisiana! Will deff come here again next time I’m at Panama City beach.

I ordered two meals with breadsticks for over 30.00. I ordered a baked loaded spaghetti with No mushrooms. I got home and it had mushrooms. I could not eat it. I called the phone number numerous times. No answer- not impressed.

Have to keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant and not a fine and dine restaurant. The food was good. Presentation was great. Customer service was excellent.

Food 5/5. The value at the price is ridiculous. The food is better than Olive Garden and cheaper too. Hell, it might be better than Carrabba’s.

I decided to try this place out for lunch and I was very disappointed. There lunch is $6.99 but if you get a medium or large drink they charge you more which is fine. But the pizza was absolutely disgusting. I have ate old Pizza enjoyed it but that I had to spit out. I went inside the restaurant for a refund it took him forever to give me the money back and they gave me a dollar or less than they were supposed to. Of course once I said something they returned the extra dollar. I’m very critical of restaurants but this place should be shut down immediately.

Great food and the folks working were awesome too. Ask about the sandwiches if that’s you choicevthey didn’t have them on the menu but we’re happy to make them. The meatball sub was great.

It was extremely busy when we got there nevertheless the cashier was welcoming and had a bright smile and notify us that our order would have taking longer than normal because of how busy there were, we didn’t mind waiting because it’s was our first time and we were exited to try. Our food was out in less than 10mins and that was fast in my opinion, we loved it, it was delicious It’s way better than Oliver garden. The breadsticks are to died for. We didn’t get the name of our cashier but receipt says Kimcherie she was amazing and attentive we will definitely recommend and be back on our next trip to Panama City

I can’t believe people hating on this resturant in the first few days of its opening. Of course there’s going to be a bit of a learning curve. We ordered a family meal today and it was amazing. For around $30-$35 and you can pick what items you want (the meal shown in the picture has an additional spaghetti side item not included in this price). Everything was perfect. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the use of Styrofoam for the cups, which they have since stopped using.

I had spaghetti and two meatballs. It reminded me of childhood when Mom was too tired to cook, so instead bought something and warmed it in the microwave. It wasn’t anything special, and there wasn’t any “Italian” cuisine flavor. It was $7.29. It tasted like the $2 canned tomato sauce and $2 boxed spaghetti noodles from Walmart though. If I were to be specific, it tasted like Hunt’s Tomato Sauce for $1.98 at Walmart. I took the time to look up the price comparison because I’m not joking. It’s fast food, really can’t complain. I put three stars for the friendly staff, quick service, and cleanliness. It would have been two stars without all of that. I was surprised to see that the food is brought to you like Olive Garden, where the cheese is grated for you as well. It was cool. In the end, I wouldn’t eat here again, unless I didn’t want to cook at home. I’m not begging to come to this place. It’s just “okay,” and a quick alternative to cooking at home. However, the portion was for about one and a half of a person, the picture is my leftovers. It looked prettier when it was brought out to me. Do not base your opinion off my photo, it looks better in person. It comes with two breadsticks, which were fine, nothing special, again. The staff occasionally comes to check on you and offer more breadsticks as well, which is nice. If I were to return, I would try something other than the spaghetti. Overall, three stars.
