This is so good and I’m so glad that they are finally open! First time I went, I got a chicken burrito and a churro. That churro was amazing. Went back the same day and got a steak Fayuca bowl and another churro. Went the next day and got a chicken quesadilla. I 100% recommend Fayuca to everyone I know. The seasoning on the meat is incredible. The red and green salsas are so good. Being from New Mexico, it’s hard to find authentic and spicy foods in South Dakota, but they do a great job with it. Also, the prices are great for a college town. A lot of places here charge $10-15 for things that are the same quality as this, but $5.99 for the quesadilla and $6.99 for burritos and the Fayuca Bowl are crazy good deals. Keep up the great work guys!

Very tasty food! We had birria tacos, carnitas tacos, a chicken burrito, and fries. All very good. Salsa that came with the tacos had a little spice to it, but not too much. Great prices, generous portions.

The food is delicious; authentic Mexican in Vermillion is a nice change from the other offerings around town. I ordered steak and carnitas tacos and the portion size was awesome for the price. I will be trying many other menu items in the near future as this will be my new go-to for Mexican food.

Churros is next level! It’s crisp and soft. The sweetness is just the right amount! The portion was large, and I had to get a to-go box. It’s cheap and delicious. The owners are nice too. Be sure to ask them to walk you through the menu if you are unsure about what to order.

I prefer a little more flavor, and the red salsa could be hotter and more consistent between visits. However, the food is good overall. A touch more salt and seasoning would help bring out the flavors.

Omg! So delicious!! And great price!!! They offered us samples and wow I highly recommend the pastor for your protein!!! Also we got our son the shredded chicken and that was also delicious. Definitely going back!

Where should I start with how great this places food is? With the state of “quick” food is in Vermillion this place is a breath of fresh air here, though I will admit the wait it will faster as they are open. The quality of tortillas and meat are high, the flavor is perfect, the red and green sauces are amazing (I would buy bottles if they were offered), and the prices are very affordable. I’ve ate there twice and have had the following; Carnitas Tacos, Birria Tacos, Steak Burritos, and Chickens Quesadilla.. Everything has tasted exactly as it should and the tortillas that they uses for the burritos are probably the best in the area. Keep up the good work.
