Best game in town at this price point. Dine in or take out with equal satisfaction. Bartender I’ve dealt with on numerous occasions is quite frankly the best server I’ve ever seen. Lunch is super quick and tasty even for large groups. Dinner is great too!

Service was slow. I sat at the bar. Bartender was not very friendly or cared about his customers. I ordered my food, ribs and chicken with a soup. 30min went by and still no soup. He then serves another couple and takes their order. I wait another 20 min and then the couple gets their food. Meanwhile i still have nothing. Bartender then goes to ask me what soup i wanted. With that remark and a hour wait, i told him to cancel my order bc clearly he forgot my order. Then his excuse was they were busy. If they were so busy, how did other couple get their food before me, and you still forgot my soup. The management was very nice and seemed to understand. I would not allow this person to be a bartender, or waiter. He deserves to be demoted to bust boy. This was my 1st experience, I sure hope the other places are not this slow and bad on service.

Ate with an office party of 7 people. Please note that our place of business is only minutes away from this restaurant. We arrived before 12:00 to “beat” the lunch crowd. The receipt shows our Order placed at 12:09. We were seated at 11:55. We got our food at 12:50. I have been several times in the past with or without the “Big” office party. It usually takes a while but who has time for an 1.5 hour lunch? While I received what I ordered, several people in our party did not. We asked to speak to the manager and one meal was comped, but it was really messed up and looked dried up on the plate to begin with. Probably won’t be back. There are better choices.

We go to Fatz for their great ribs. Unfortunately this last trip they obviously did not have enough wait staff. Our waitress got our order wrong, and we could not find her to correct this, then the hostess tried to pitch in to help which was nice. However by the time I got my order right, I wasn’t even hungry anymore, no offer for drink refills either. Not happy this last visit. Waitress only showed up again to give us our check, not impressed.

Took my 87 year old mom for an early dinner Easter Day. Arrived at 4:55. They were not too busy. After 15 minutes went to hostess and requested we sit in an area with servers. A couple of minutes later a 2 top came in and sat directly behind us and out bounces a server directly to their table. OF COURSE I GOT MY MOM AND TOOK HER TO A RESTAURANT WITH GREAT SERVICE. If you want decent food and service DO NOT go here.

At least 3 of our food orders were wrong. It tasted horrible, and wet waited forever. The waitress was the lone bright spot. She was great, and we felt bad that she had to deal with the kitchen. Will not go back.

Amazing food, service, and value. The calabash chicken is second to none. Phillip was head and shoulders the best server I have had in a real long time. I don’t live in NC but if I was traveling anywhere close I would go out of my way to come here again. Thank you so much.

Let me begin this review by saying that I never complain about restaurants. This is the WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! They weren’t very busy but it took 45 minutes to receive our food. When it finally came, all of our orders were wrong! I ordered a pimento mac and cheese sandwich. It came out with dry, tasteless macaroni on it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT WE HAVE EVER BEEN!!! I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Waited on hold for 6 minutes before calling back and waiting another 2 minutes. Messed up my order, AGAIN. Ordered my food to go at 11:30, was told it would be ready at 11:50. Arrived at 12:00, checked out at 12:17. Lunch break basically over. Get back only to find out that I’m missing an entire order of food and the fries off of the other.
