This place looks brand spanking new. The aroma of fresh pizza and pasta greets you at the front door. Bartender had a wonderful personality and recommended the chef specials which were phenomenal. I loved the pesto on my peach salad as well. Great dinner overall.

Everything was delicious. I had a slice of pepperoni and the Carbonara Pasta Bowl with sweet tea. It was so good I used the crust of the pizza to scoop up the rest of the sauce left on the edges of the bowl.

I grew up in Maryland and loved well-prepared Crab Cakes. Recently, this was offered at Fatto A Manno and I was well-pleased with the quality, presentation, and service. This establishment has reset the bar for fine dining in Greenville, TX. I only hope that this special will be added to their permanent menu!

The food is absolutely incredible!! From the presentation to the taste! Absolute 10/10!! The atmosphere is amazing!! It’s never too loud even during the dinner rush hour! I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a significant wait time. The tables are spaced far enough away from each other so that you don’t have to tuck your elbows and knees every time someone walks by. The wait staff is phenomenal. They are very kind and efficient and their timing between appetizer and main course is perfect. And just a heads up… if you catch them on crab cake night… get them!!! They are literally the best crab cakes I’ve been able to find in this and all surrounding areas! And the sauce they serve with them is phenomenal! I can’t wait to go back!

Had a wonderful time here. The wife and I shared a chicken parmesan with aside salad and it was probably the best chicken parmesan I’ve ever had. Elias was our server and we made his life miserable for a few minutes because the wife was cold sitting in the wind outside but he was a trooper and went out of his way to find us a table inside and guarantee we had a great experience. Although we didn’t try the pizza we felt like we had an entertaining show watching Joel spin the pizza dough over his head. Bottom line: you’re missing out if you don’t visit this place when you’re in town. By the way, Fatto a Mano means hand made in Italian and they certainly live up to their name. The Chicken Parmesan was $18 and the side salad was $10. We wouldn’t do the side salad again as we both agreed that was a little pricey for us but overall a really great experience.

This place is a little tucked away in that if you blink you might miss it- perched at the very end of the downtown area. The food is excellent and the quality justifies the higher-than-expected prices. We had a couple of different pizzas and the bruchetta. Definitely plan on going back and trying some of the other pasta.

Everything we have ever had here has been excellent! The staff is warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is laid back. They have a good beer and wine selection as well. The canoli cheese cake is a show stopper.
