I’m not sure how the food is because we weren’t even given a chance to order. When my daughter ordered fry’s the guy taking orders at the register at 2:00 today snapped no fries! when I asked him if he had an idea of how long it would be before till we could order fries, he yelled at us It’s ready when it’s ready! His name was Albert not sure the other guys name but they both were beyond rude and did not care! Will not ever go hear and instead went to the Aquarius, and had a fabulous lunch in the Aquarius café, and played in their casino instead!

I love this Fatburger inside Riverside Hotel & Casino. Food was made fresh, milkshakes are so tasteful and not too thick like other places, you can drink them immediately. The staff was so nice and offered great customer service. A+ all around for this Fatburger location. If you’re ever in Laughlin stop in here & enjoy the great food & customer service.

More expensive than other fat burgers I’ve been to. With all the family’s around for river/lake surprised no kids items available. Burger was cooked well but no seasoning on meat. Wings were soggy for being fried and fries tasted old and not very hot

It was getting near closing time and my wife and I were very hungry. We stood by the Buffalo’s register in what we believed was the line for Buffalo’s for about 30 minutes. While there, they closed the line with the cones and elastic bands. About 5 minutes later, a patron told us we may not have been in the line, and she thinks they may have closed. So we moved about 5 paces to the left. The guy at the fatburger register informed us they closed and would not be able to order even tho they were still serving those who hadn’t been served and were in kine prior to closing.

They seemed unorganized. The cashier kept walking away and talking on her cell phone. While the other workers just stood by and watched. Waited 20 minutes to get a shake. Watched shakes being made, then the cashier walked to back room while our shakes sat on the counter.
