The staff here is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. In regards to the food, I’ve tried ordering from here a few times and every time I order a gluten-free pizza, the pizza crust is always burnt. The one time I ordered bread sticks, they were more like the texture of a thick loaf of bread and not anything like savory bread sticks. (Since then, I haven’t ordered it ever again.) On the other hand, the garden salad is always fresh and enjoyable.

Enjoyed our visit here. We came to Puyallup for this and Rainier growlers. It was a fantastic trip. The pizza was nice. Thicker than cracker thin, but not so thick that it felt like you were eating a loaf of bread. The pickle pizza was awesome. I will likely grab that with some bacon or something next time I come around. I have no complaints about the food or the establishment.

Fat Zach’s catered our wedding, and were incredible! The pizza alone was to die for. So much variety and creative combinations of toppings along with the classics. They kept pizzas coming out the entire time people were eating and still left us plenty to take home, as well as making sure that every single one of our vendors were fed. They also offered an incredible charcuterie spread that took up an entire table and an amazing set of desserts as well. They came out, fired up the ovens and got right to work, needing almost nothing day of to allow us to have our big day with no stress. Their staff was incredibly courteous, ensuring that my husband and I had our favorites pizzas set aside to take a full one home with us on top of all the leftovers.

Had the Povaratti and enjoyed it. My crust was not over burnt, large amount of toppings, and fairly fast.

Pizza is amazing, better than anywhere else! We had the Farmers Market Pizza, Boneless BBQ Wings with their Ranch and a small Caprese. The veggies on the Pizza were fresh and tasty! Wings had a nice smoked taste to them. I would recommend dipping your Pizza Crust into that Ranch because it’s literally the best Ranch I’ve ever had. The Caprese was really good although it’s a bit pricey for 3 slices of Mozzarella, Basil and Tomato, but it tastes very fresh and flavorful.

Good tasting pizzas. However, the pizza I got this time was quite burnt. Too much bitter taste to it that I had to picked off all the burnt parts to be able to enjoy it.

I freaking love this place. I have completely filled in free pizza stamp card at least 6 times. They are always kind, quick to make an adjustment if I forget to order gluten free for a friend, and the place looks great. I have taken friends and family (from in and out of state). It has become a place of pride for my family and the South Hill area. I cannot recommend it enough.

They catered my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The pizzas are delicious and they bring this awesome pizza oven with them and wedding themed boxes. I can’t recommend them enough but will add photos as soon as I have them. Also try the chicken bbq or the pickle pizza I’m still craving those!!!

The people here were very friendly and helpful with ordering. Our first time here so wasn’t sure on what to order but it worked out well. The pizza, although not the best was still very good. Was a bit more burnt than I like but still enjoyed it. Very clean and organized dining area, the seats are not the most comfortable but having lunch here its not a deal breaker. Overall I enjoyed the food, enjoyed the experience and will probably be back.

We ate at the Meridian location in Puyallup. Spur of the moment as the original place we planned to eat at was closed. But it worked out amazingly in our favor, or should I say flavor, lol. We tried the NBD which is a dill pickle with mozzarella and ranch, plus we added (highly recommended) Garlic Chicken. Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a while. So good we ordered an extra one to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had plenty of room. I definetly recommend Fat Zach’s Pizza! 5/5
