Great service and pizza! Ordered the 26 inch pie which is HUGE; and awesome. Was just as good as leftovers the next day. We’ll be back.

Arrived to pick up our 20” cheese pizza had to wait a bit (totally cool). So I didn’t expect it to be literally cold. Who serves cold pizza for carry out? I’m thinking it was meant for slices and they just gave us an old pizza sitting around. A customer expects a hot and fresh pizza. It was bland and floppy, the dough wasn’t properly made/risen and was dense. Where are the quality standards? Fat Sully’s was once one of the best NY style pizza in Denver years ago, now it’s just a marketed chain. Probably bought out and these people have no idea what they’re doing and/or have no standards. Cheap, lazy, low quality, and execution. You never know what you’ll get now at each location.. it’s a shame.

I’m extremely frustrated after visiting this location last Saturday for lunch. I had a friend in town with her two children, I had taken them to fat Sulllys in Denver upon their last visit from out of state, and her 9 year old asked to go again because he loved the pizza and experience. So I was excited to try out this new location as I live nearby. We asked to order a pie and our waitress had a disgusted expression on her face and said, that’s going to take at least 30 minutes to come out, anything else you want to order instead? We said no, and told her what we wanted, she then grabbed our menus, we said, hold on, we want to order other things too. She said the French toast and other items were coming out before the pizza.. so we asked if can it come with the pizza, she said, ok. Gave us our drinks, never refilled them although refilled the white couple next to us. I never felt discriminated against in my life but I did this day and time at this restaurant. I was visibly upset and I said to my husband, they get refills and their glasses aren’t even full yet we’ve been on empty for over 10 minutes and we got nothing.. she still didn’t stop to get us refills, we had to stop her and say can we get refills. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant before. The pizza and the rest of our food was delicious though. But our waitress was beyond rude. I still gave a 20% tip in the hopes she’d think twice about treating myself and guests like that ever again.. I can honestly say i couldn’t tell if she was mad at us because we ordered a pie or if she hated us because I was with my husband and my friends were dark skinned.

Arrived at 8:45pm – they close at 10 so we thought it wouldn’t be an issue. We wanted to order a full pie, we have been to the fat sullys in Denver many times and have ordered one before at this time. We were told we couldn’t order a whole pie because it was too late.

The Denver Biscuit Company is located at this same place and we got a great brunch here. Only place found around here that offers biscuits and veggie mushroom gravy as option to the sausage gravy and also an impossible sausage option! Their salad was delicious as well. Nice outside seating available as well.

Really love the pizza but you can’t order individual slices online even though they’re on the menu. When I called to order, I was told that I needed to come in and order at the bar. (Which also defeats the purpose of the convenient drive up window.)

Love their pizza by the slice. We came in during non-peak hours and was able to grab seats easily. We ordered pizzas by the slice and food came within minutes. Our waitress was really kind and checked on us throughout the night to make sure we’re good. I overheard the whole pizza take 30+ mins so expect some wait for that route is chosen. The menu also mentioned long wait for the whole pizza. Overall, the experience was very nice and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

*Updated my review from 1 to to 3 stars for the excellent customer service that the AM (Jamie) provided by reaching out personally and making things right after this experience. I look forward to giving it a second chance and hopefully having a better experience next time with a better review.

Food was great. Got a large pie and 12″ gluten free pie +garlic knots. A 4 star this time since the pizzas tasted more on the salty side. Didn’t have that issue the last time I ate there.
