I placed an order today 07/16. There were only two employees working and it was busy. I had to wait 50 min just to get my order and o top of that the employees were very annoyed and were talking to customers very rudely. This one guy with curly hair was being extremely rude to this another customer because he just simply did not wanted to help her. The company needs to staff more people or at least train these employees better.

THIRD visit-I gave this place a 2nd and a 3rd chance – oh my – This restaurant serves food with extremely poor quality and charges top dollar for it. The fried mozzarella sticks were terrible-the texture was gritty and they weren’t served hot. The cheese wasn’t flavorful at all. Flat bland friend cheap drunk food! The large Philly cheesesteak was 14.50 and not worth that amount at all. There was way too much bread and not enough meat cheese or onions! The single burger was about a 6 out of a 10-not worth 6.75 with no side dish included, the soda machine had two sodas that were out of order and the Dr Pepper was flat and needed a change of syrup. There was not any iced tea available and the milkshake machine was out of order yet again. The cheesecake bites were way too doughy and didn’t contain enough filling. The powdered sugar was good, but they charged extra for a small side of chocolate syrup. This wasn’t even worth half of what we paid which was 48 dollars. We will not ever return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Staff was friendly but that was it:(

First time here. Definitely will bring the family back. I got a two and three patty burger to go with a large and medium fry and a root beer. I added grilled onions and bacon to both and jalapeño to one. Definitely recommend adding the jalapeño.

Me and the wife have wanted to try fat shack since we saw it on shark tank. We recently moved to Denton and are finally able to try it. The friendly staff has been working without A/C for 2 weeks, yet is still open to customers. We had the Fat Cow and Fat Bronco with Fried oreos for dessert. All 3 were incredible and everything was made to order, no soggy fried stuff that had been sitting under a heat lamp, all fresh. We will now become regulars at the Fat shack in Denton.

Staff was not friendly at all! It felt like we were “bugging” them when we placed our order. No straws available. The food was average. The fries were good but the burger was dry. Nothing to rave about.

Went with my wife tonight and had an amazing burger with just the right amount of sauce (not swimming like some other places). The bun was toasted nicely and the flavor of the burger was well balanced. I was surprised that I really liked the sauce (since I’m not much of a sauce person) which is a combination of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and pickle sauce. Awesome customer service and Shawn(sp?) was the best! He should get a raise! Loved the fried Oreos! Now I don’t have to wait for the state fair to have some, yum! They had wifi and a hangout area where one could study/socialize if desired. Worth the trip and will return when I’m in the mood for a solid burger. They had other menu options which also looked good… maybe next time.

Our first time here. We had burger meals and fried oreos. The burgers were good. Definitely better than fast food. Not quite stellar but good. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy. Hats off to the fry cook. The fried oreos were 5 star DEFINITELY. We had the chocolate and the strawberry dipping sauces. Both excellent with the oreos. Excellent friendly service to boot.

All the items in my order were made incorrectly. The fries were old and soggy. Wings were super-saturated and shriveled. Note – I ordered “cheese on the side” and “easy on the sauce”. Fries tasted gross like thick noodles. I also showed up to pick up my order before the time it was supposed to be ready, and still got food that had been sitting… I Didn’t even receive 2 ranch cups we ordered either. “Manager” Joseph was a complete jerk on the phone. Found humor is their errors. Didn’t care at all.
