Fat Olives is amazing!!! My family has been coming up here for years and finally tried this establishment. The service was impeccable, and everyone enjoyed their orders. I ordered a marmalade pizza, which was wood-fired to perfection. Our server, Jacob, was on top of his game with the refills and timeliness of the food. A creme brulee cheesecake was one of the best flavored cheesecakes I have had in my experiences. Thank you Fat Olive staff.

Wow, we’ve had a cabin up here for 20 years and I cannot believe we have never eaten here. Moving forward-This will be the only place we go to get great Italian food and Pizza. We highly recommend we were there for an early lunch, so there was no wait. They also make some of their own oils and mozzarella

Stopped in on the way back from the Grand Canyon. My son and I both had pizza with Italian soda. The flavor was unreal. It was a totally unexpected flavor pallet. I great place to eat. Service was fast. It is a busy place. If I am in the area I would definitely go back.

We had an amazing meal! Grayson and Joe M went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. It did take a bit to get seated, but highly recommend! Definitely worth the wait, as the food was phenomenal! The pesto shrimp pizza was my fav along with the roasted artichoke hearts! We absolutely loved the food and can’t wait to go back and try something new!

The food here was excellent, and the service was Superior. A Caprese sandwich that comes on warm ciabatta, while the tomatoes and mozzarella were cold was absolutely excellent. The bread was some of the best I’ve ever had. We had the oven roasted olives, just a great start to the meal. Our server was on top of everything wanting to ensure that our meal was memorable. Management clearly has high standards.

Easily 5/5 stars across the board. Place was busy and wait time was minimal, service was excellent but most importantly the pizza was amazing. No wonder Guy Fieri liked it, Fat Olives was amazing. Also the cost of the pizza was very affordable. I’ve paid twice as much for a pizza elsewhere for not even half as good as the one I ate here.
