Let’s get to it. First time here. I set my expectations high just because of the name. A name like Fat Matt’s the Q has to be good right? The Q was amazing. These guys know what they doing. I had the rib sandwich, macaroni and cheese and potato salad. Ribs was perfectly tender just the right amount of smoke. Macaroni and cheese with the potato salad was on point. Service was fast. From taking my order to food at my table took about 5 quick minutes. I can tell Fat Matt’s take pride in their work. I will return.

Food: Ordered two full racks of ribs, a bag of chips, beans, cole slaw, and Brunswick stew. Firstly the ribs were good and we could have simply had the end of day “older” ribs. I bet they probably make them or smoke them in the morning. I do not think they were much different than something I could get at Chilli’s or something. I personally like the ribs at Chilli’s more, they have more meat and the chiptole sauce is good. I much prefer the ribs at Buckhorn Grill, I think that place is great (although not in ATL).

Great great spot for BBQ. Parking out front, order at the window and they bring your food to table. We got ribs, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. Man we inhaled it. Will definitely be back

The food was good. I traveled from New Jersey to visit family in the Georgia area. I googled for the best ribs in town and this place was suggested. The Ribs were tender, collards delicious and mac cheese was too cheesy and the noodles were so soft. All in all was okay for me.

This is a real cool place. The vibe is dope. We ordered a slab of ribs a side of greens and Mac and cheese. The ribs were so good and tender. I wasn’t a fan of the greens and the Mac and cheese is just ok. They have live music I believe Wednesday through Sunday I’m not sure but I’ll go back to see. The music is a great vibe!

These Ribs Were Not Worth $16 Very Small .!! The Meat Didn’t Have Taste Yet The BBQ Sauce Did.!! Mac N Cheese Was Nasty All Around, But The Greens Were A Hit… Paid $32 For Ribs Mac N Cheese And Greens … Definitely Not Worth The Price… Rather Have Shane’s Rib Shake …Cheaper Taste Better And Actually Worth The Price.!!
