The staff was really friendly. That gave them 2 stars. The food was terrible. I should have known the quality wasn’t going to be good when he brought my salad out and it was a heaping pile of greens with 6 pieces of tomatoes, 2 pickles, and 7 raw onion rings. For 5 dollars. I ordered the Morman burger per my servers suggestion. He sold me with the jack’d sauce. Disappointing. The jack’d sauce is really watery so it just made the bun soggy. The funeral potato on the burger gave me the texture of a 3rd bun instead of a fried potato. I guess I was expecting a crispy hash brown texture? Then the fries were under salted, and tasted like they were stale fries they threw back into the fryer. I didn’t even want to finish the burger and I showed up starving. I will not return to this establishment. I do not recommend their food.

I travel to downtown Salt Lake City pretty regularly, staying at a number of hotels in the area. Even when it’s less convenient and I’m several blocks away, I find myself walking or driving back to this great little pub for a quiet meal.

We are literally still sitting here after 1:15 hours, ordered two burgers, watched a party of 3 get seated after us eat their food and leave and we still don’t have our food. 10 minutes later our food arrives, burger doesn’t taste fresh, and the fries are cold and taste like they were microwaved and left out for 10 minutes. Waitress has checked on us once in over an hour. Update: after stating I wouldn’t pay for the cold stale fries, we are still here waiting 20 minutes for management. Management never came, waitress gave a small discount and just threw the check on the table. This establishment is literally trash.

I have to say, I normally find the sliver lining to post some kind of positive review.. We waited over an hour for our food, came out cold when other tables around us were served. Fries, hamburger, chili dog was all cold. I would not recommend this place unless you are drunk and don’t care what you are being served. Terrible service, terrible food, save your time and go somewhere else.

Location is open. One of the few places with poutine. It’s Canada Day. Placed an order for delivery that was cancelled because the restaurant hadn’t “turned on their tablet”, to accept delivery through Uber or Doordash. I called and they said give me 5 minutes, but it has now been 3 hours, and I still can’t order this treat for my Canadian son. Super disappointing. Please remove the fake ability to order food if you can’t manage the option!

They’re burgers are the best… hands down the best. You will not find a better burger place in the entire salt lake area. Trust me, I promise you. They’re servers are the absolute best. Super friendly i almost thought I was back on the east coast! Their burgers come with a side of homemade potato chips that are absolutely to die for u promise! Definitely going back and sharing this hidden gem with everyone I know!

So much potential here. My hamburger and Mac n Cheese were served cold/lukewarm. Burger was served with wrong toppings and server blamed it on a language barrier in the kitchen. Half the chips were inedible crumbs. Flavors were great and the chips were delicious when they brought out new ones. If they got the basics down, like hot food, quality control, and order accuracy, this place would be 5 ⭐️
