This place is incredible! The service was top notch! Jeanne was our server and she was the sweetest most down to earth person i have had the pleasure of meeting in this industry! Nothing was too much trouble! She knew the menu as well as told us about their specials and told us to grab a free dessert because we spent over 50.00. The food was outstanding! They have gained a lifelong customer!

Extremely subpar food imo. The beef ribs had less meat than would be expected on a pork rib. They almost seemed like they trimmed it to be a little bit of meat at the tip of the bone, not the dinosaur bone it’s usually associated with, the 3 bites I got from each bone were ok, but no way were they worth the 24$, and with no sides included. You can see that 3/4 of the bone is showing through the top. The Mac and cheese was also pretty bland. The beans weren’t the best either. I’m by no means a picky eater. All in all an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been looking around for some quality beef ribs and I convinced my coworker to try them for the first time. Needless to say, I’ll still be looking for a quality beef rib elsewhere. To add I also drove an extra 45 minutes out of my way just to pick them up. Only good part was the service from the women up front.

Straight a to the point The food is trash! I don’t know who’s giving this place good reviews because the food is trash I knew something was wrong when I went there for a weekend lunch and the place was empty My $15 chicken was Old and dry and they tried to cover it up by soaking it in BBQ sauce

Service was great and friendly. Ordered half a chicken, good thing I wasn’t starving. First the chicken was dried out,hard to chew. Second there was hardly any meat. They must have cooked a baby chicken and gave me half of that. The mac and cheese was nothing to brag about, can get the same taste as wawa has. Probably will not be going back,was my fiance and me and the bill was $48. The only reason I ate mine was because I didn’t eat anything all day,so I was hungry, not because it was good. Just my opinion.

Really good food. I had the Brisket Fries which was a huge portion. The place is pretty basic in atmosphere. They need more booths. However, the food was great, the server was very nice and I would return even without the booths.

BBQ is expensive and it should be based on the time people take to prepare it. However, these guys are legit and everything I have had so far from here has been delicious and all for a reasonable price.

We just recently tried Fat Jack’s and don’t know what took us so long! We went one day for lunch and liked it so much that we wound up doing a catering order from here for a BBQ a few weeks later. Everything was delicious and girls at the counter are very nice and helpful.

Fat Jacks was a pleasant surprise. Staff is amazing. Restaurant is clean(even bathroom). Food was super delicious. All the sides are good and the ribs and burnt ends took me there. You Have to try it once then you will be back
