Fat Cams is back and I am so glad they are! They reeled me in with a Wednesday night special of 1 lb of crab legs for $27. Upon getting into the restaurant, the overwhelming urge to once again taste their delectable gumbo came over me! So, we compromised. We all ordered a large gumbo and ordered one entree of snow crab legs to satiate the craving! Everything was delicious! We ordered new Orleans style peel and eat shrimp for an app. The sauce was tasty and the hush puppies were cooked to perfection. The gumbo arrived piping hot and just as tasty as ever! The crab lakes were plentiful and very sweet. Overall, a fantastic experience that makes us glad to have Fat Cams back!

We went early (4:15), on my hubby’s Birthday (4/28/21) and got right in! Our waitress was very friendly and in no time, had our beverages and appetizers! For our dinner, I had the Steak sandwich, my son had Fat Biscuits and my hubby had the special (Crawfish Boil) and ALL were outstanding!! Very generous portions and tasted great!!! Highly recommend this place, especially if you like/love TRUE Cajun Cuisine!!

Got take out on Feb 13th (The Feast) which was very tasty. Shrimp was large and cooked on point while the crabs legs were spicy and easy to remove.

I had their crab legs special and it was delicious. They were easy to open and my girls and I devoured them! Definitely worth the price. The restaurant doesn’t have ac but it still felt comfortable inside unlike other places with ac that freeze you out because it’s so cold.

Had not been to Fat Cam’s for awhile, and decided at the last minutes to swing in. A few things have changed like the menu and new addition. What has not changed is the great food and service. Kate waited on us, and was fantastic. Her recommendation on the special and how to have it prepared was spot on. Cannot wait to go back.

This place was an excellent reminder of our Louisiana life we left behind. Food is very close to something from the south. My favorite was the fried green tomatoes. Our waitress was really fun, had knowledge of menu and made our night and first time memorable. We will definitely be going back.
