Food and service was amazing. I liked how calm the overall atmosphere was. I would not dine in if I were at all rushed because you would loose so much of the experience. They do off take out which would be a perfect alternative.

WARNING….My wife and I would go here once or twice every two weeks for the last two years until now. We ordered two burgers for takeout and the meat was dry with a rubber like texture as if it were an old burger that was reheated. The meat tasted funky, but we ate the food because we were hungry and already home. An hour or so later we were both violently sick throwing up and we both had terribly upset stomachs that had us running to the bathroom every 10- 15 minutes for the last two hours. This was 6:45 PM and neither my wife or I had eaten since breakfast at 10 AM and we both had no issues and were fine all day until we ate the burgers for dinner. I called right away to speak to the manager and told her that my wife and I had both become violently sick from the burgers they served us and the managers response was so disrespectful that they officially lost two loyal customers for life. Her exact words…”The meat is fresh from today so there is no way it could be bad.” I responded, even if the meat is fresh (which it clearly was not) there can still be some form of contamination or bacteria. Her final words…”So what exactly do you want me to do about it, you ate the burgers didn’t you.” At this point I realized talking to these people was useless and they had NO care whatsoever about serving their patrons food that makes them violently sick so I thanked her for her time and hung up. I save what was left of my hamburger and will present it to the health department with my formal complaint.

Ate there for lunch. Walked in, sign says wait to be seated. A Lady finally comes out and says to seat ourselves. There was only 3 chicken tenders left in the building. The waffle fries was hard and the aftertaste tasted like they had freezer burn. The burgers was a joke. I had to lay a napkin down in my plate to catch all the grease. Didn’t have a good burger taste. All you could taste is the EXTRA grease. There’s apparently no dress code. One Waitress looks like she was wearing her pajama shorts. While the other one looked like she was dresses to work for Hooters.

Food was delicious, worth the money. Staff was limited, we waited at the door for over 5 minutes and the people in front of us left with tables open..my boyfriend had to stand at the bar and still ignored to get his drink refilled.

No chicken tenders at lunch time. Don’t order the waffle fries. And expect to pay a pretty penny. We at the Cancun Mexican restaurant next door. Food better and cheaper. Service was fine.

We walked in and, despite many open tables, waited by the door for almost twenty minutes to be seated. A server acknowledged us once the entire time to say “it’ll be a few more minutes.” Just as we were about to leave, we were seated. The table was filthy, the service was very slow. The burgers were disappointing for a place with burgers in the name. I ordered something from the drink menu on the wall and the server said to ignore the signs because they’re never correct and they were out of most things on there. Even the trivia host was super rude and crass to us when we decided to try that out. Very disappointing, won’t be back.

We ordered food online and it was supposed to be ready at 7. We got there at 5 till 7 and it wasn’t ready… we came in and they said our order wasn’t ready and didn’t even go through, our card wasn’t charged, and they even looked at our order number and acted like we were lying. We were charged already once and our card shows so. I understand that technology isn’t 100% and I know it’s not perfect. But we were charged once already and we did send in an order… our confirmation shows so. The servers were all on their phones and not helping us what-so-ever… I love the food here but honestly this is ridiculous… we need to leave at 4am to go back home and it’s almost 8 and our order isn’t even put in yet.

Was a super busy night. The manager/owner was wearing a boot for a broken ankle but still getting it. New-ish guy was our waiter, kind of goofy, but in an endearing way, When I asked the question to him if the PB&J Burger was any good, he stumbled a little answering then the Mgr/Owner walked by and just said , “yes, it’s that good”, so I got it. Amazing! All 4 of our dinners were finished and truly enjoyed. Will be back again! The staff are no nonsense but effective and work hard. Make a trip to Fst Burgers, try the PB&J burger, and hopefully I will earn myself a free burger for all the business I sent them!
