We didn’t have a good experience with the previous owners (pizza and breadsticks were burnt to a crisp) but we had a great experience with the new ownership. Pizza was ready fast and was delicious! Staff was friendly! We will definitely come back.

I am sharing this review since I have made 2 attempts previously once when had order delivered via toast/receipt reply last night and 2nd on FB page. I paid 12.00 for an antipasti salad that they left all the veggies off of that was supposed to come based on description. would give a zero if possible. ordered food online. got the approval email. food never came. money came out of my acct. tried calling numerous times with no answer. drove to the location and they are closed. will never order from here again.

I gave it three tries and all three were bad for different reasons. I absolutely cannot recommend getting food here. The staff seems to be miserable, the online ordering doesn’t work right (both attempts failed to send the order in correctly). I am just generally disappointed with this restaurant. I was initially excited when they took over the Pizza Giano’s location, but now find myself missing the quality, consistency, and kindness that they had shown me over the years. These people don’t seem to care if you want their food or not and act like customers are an inconvenience. I will NOT be returning here for a 4th attempt and strongly suggest you look at any of the other dozen pizza places nearby. Bottom line for this place: poor quality food, poor service, and terrible attitude from the management!

First time ordering. They made a poor first impression. The pizza arrived about 1.5hrs after ordering, which would be ok if it was hot. It wasn’t even warm it was cold. They went light on the cheese. Some slices had noticeable bare spots with sauce only. They gave me the wrong size pie as well I ordered a 10 cut, they gave me an 8 cut. I ordered a cup of ranch, extra charge as expected, but it was only half full. The saving grace is that their crust and sauce are good, better than most places. Undecided if I’ll give them another shot.

I have tried this place a couple times absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If I could leave zero stars I would! completely unsanitary, food undercooked so much better when it was Pizza Giano‘s.! And after reading the reviews posted this establishment will not last and it is a shame.
