Fast Fit Foods believes in providing affordable nutrition for everyone. Using all-natural ingredients, we prepare affordable fully cooked meals for a budget. We offer 25+ menu items with new items added weekly. We are perfect for people or families who appreciate fresh food made from high quality ingredients but lack the time to do it themselves. Our meals start at $6.99 for an individual meal, but most of our customers purchase between 10 and 30 meals at a time either online or in-store at our two locations in Colorado Springs.

Went in on a whim to see what it was all about. The manager was taking a call and immediately finishes the conversation and was extremely helpful going over all of the items available for purchase. She also made some great suggestions and answered all my questions about the establishment. I got the canyon city which was chicken, potatoes, bacon and swiss finished with Dijon. The chicken was a little dry but flavor was good. I also grabbed a buffalo Mac and cheese for tomorrow that I’m looking forward to. Price was reasonable. $10-$12 per meal depending on what you get with some discounts for bulk ordering. Another fun fact, all of the leftover meals that are not sold are donated so that they do not go to waste. Love this concept and I wish more business would do this. All and all I had a great experience here and will come back when I’m in the area again.

I got the tuscan chicken alfredo low carb option. Very good! I appreciate that the food is fresh and seasoned well. They also had a microwave in store which is convenient for needing something asap after a workout!

Told less than 30 minutes before pick up that THEY DON’T HAVE MY FOOD. Told me the kitchen isn’t open on weekends. Why are you taking orders and my $70!!! Sad I stopped ordering a while ago due to a HORRIBLE employee on north powers, NOW they accept money and orders and you get nothing. Wonder if or when I’ll get a refund. Last straw RIDICULOUS…

I’ve been going here on and off for the last 2 years. Since then the meals have gotten smaller and more expensive. It’s gotten to the point where you’re paying 11 dollars for 250 calorie meal. When I started visiting their location they were selling 400-500 calorie meals for 8 dollars. It’s gotten to the point where it’s too expensive and the meal quality is overall not the greatest. Everything else has been great though, wonderful customer service and great folks. I just wish they would stop skimping so much on the food.

This place is awesome! Finally healthy meals with the correct macros that you don’t have to prep yourself! Prepping 7 days of chicken, rice, and broccoli might be easy but it’s not a way to live a normal life. I have been using Fast Fit Foods for about 2 years now, and I really love it. I track everything, so the fact that everything is already portioned out makes it very easy to add to my food diary. I do wish they tracked some micros like fiber, sugar, and sodium.
