We LOVE Golab and her husband! Their food is the BEST! They make you feel like family when you eat with them! The hummus and the baba ghanoush are the best I’ve had. Excellent vegetarian options. We’ve heard the lamb is delicious too!

I could almost give this place five stars. The only issue is the throughput of the kitchen. With only 8 to 10 tables if three groups walk in at once, you could wait 30 minutes before you can order. Not a horrible problem because you can get appetizers wine and Cocktails from the full-service bar. But if you’re in a rush this could be a problem. The table service is charming, when your food comes out it’s brought out on a wheeled cart and the server delivers from the cart. This is the case with wine and glasses as well. All the dishes are authentic and of high-quality. Presentation is generally good to excellent as well. It is a place you could easily Bypass or even miss from the road while looking for it. It’s in a small little commercial shopping district facing State Road 260. The bar is charming and the dining area itself is sweet. I highly recommend not to miss this if you’re in Cottonwood.

Fantastic food and experience! We enjoyed all of it! The rosehip tea came in a cute teapot with interesting Persian tea cups, very beautiful presentation. I had the vegan pasta and it was so flavorful (some of the best I’ve ever tasted). My mother had the meatballs and they were also quite good. The portions are HUGE and that’s not an exaggeration. My pasta came on a platter and I estimate 3 more meals of leftovers. Bring your appetite!

So delicious. Hot tea is amazing. Service is friendly. Meat is tender and good. The hummus is incredibly smooth, the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend. You will leave full and satisfied, I promise.

Pricey but wonderful Persian Mediterranean food. All the meats are organic free range hence the prices. The kabobs reign supreme and we love them with the grilled tomatos and garlic potato dip. Also they have a less pricey lunch menu and wonderful salads. I don’t think you could possibly be disappointed.

This is our favorite restaurant in Cottonwood. It is not in old town and is a little hard to find but well worth it. It is located on Rt 260 next to the Verde Valley Inn and across from Frys market.

First time visit tonight. We were unfamiliar with what to order. We received excellent recommendations, excellent service, and excellent food. We are so happy that we decided to eat here. And the Persian Ice Cream dessert with Baklava is heavenly!

Wonderful little Persian restaurant that would be successful anywhere. Everything is homemade, clear down to their yogurt. The chef/owner clearly loves what he does, much to the delight of the diners (including us). Lots of choices on the menu including gluten free and vegan. We each had a different chicken dish. Don’t miss trying one of the desserts. Our pick was baklava, made with pistachios and served warm.

I enjoyed the ambience and authenticity of the food, but I was slightly disappointed by the portions, given the steep price. I didn’t leave feeling full, but the taste of the dishes were great. I would recommend trying out as many hummus flavors as possible.
