Weekly meal plan, So far so good, super delicious food. Only problem so far was that I live in a gated community and delivery occurs in the very early AM. One of the delivery drivers did not wanted to comply with the regulations for access (did not wanted to provide his driver’s license)

The food is ok. The girl at the store was really nice. But to charge like $14 a meal. I can actually go to Vale, Chicken Kitchen or Fresh Kitchen everyday for that price. They don’t offer discounts to any gyms (except F21 pretty sure she meant F45). But hand me card and tell me to get other people to buy and you will give me a credit. Yeah I will stick to cooking or fitlife foods.

They have good service but I don’t think the meals are worth what they’re charging. The steak was mostly fat and only 1/3 of it was edible. Chicken was always chewy and tough, I ended up just throwing away most of the meals.

This is the BEST food delivery service I have ever had. The food is delivered fresh early Monday and Thursday mornings. The website app is super easy to use to manage your meals and account. My husband and I are incredibly busy, but also think eating healthy is important. This solves our meal planning woes completely. The pricing is honestly very fair. The food is fresh, healthy, and a good portion. They also offer a lot of options each week, which I think separates them a lot from other meal prep companies. The variety and tastiness of everything is top notch.

At first the food was great, but over the past year it has really degraded in quality. They also don’t have any options for setting preferences (i.e I want 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 4 lunches) – you have to select your them manually each week. And even if you do, they consistently get the orders wrong / does not match selection.
