I had a delightful dining experience and I’m impressed by the perfect balance of chewiness and deliciousness in the hand-made noodles. The chive and egg pancakes were bursting with flavor and made for a fantastic appetizer. The highlight of the meal was the noodles in the spicy pork belly noodle soup, which had well-balanced flavors and ended up cleaning the bowl. The quality of the noodles was so impressive that I couldn’t resist ordering the spicy pork belly dry mix noodles for dinner.

A very cute, family-run restaurant with amazing noodles and dumplings. We stopped by around 5pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was about half full. Everything was delicious, but the chili oil wontons were the best I have had. They were well cooked and the oil was so well balanced (spicy, with a great blend of Sichuan pepper, garlic and cilantro).

Nice little spot tucked away in a strip mall by totem lake.

We’ve seen this place on TikTok and since we were already craving Xi’an style noodles we gave this place a chance. We arrived in the early afternoon and it was already pretty full. The place is decorated with cartoons and umbrellas on the ceiling which I find quite cute.

Noodles is super good but I also order pork pulled sandwich and I will give that a 2/10. Doesnt look like a Pork Bun it is on the google maps photo from last year 2022. Maybe, they remove the pork bun fry and replace it with pork pulled sandwich? But for sure doesnt like like Pork Bun and didn’t taste good for me

You can order and pay at your table after scanning a QR code. Very convenient. The taro pancake was mildly sweet and the hand pulled noodles were chewy and tender. Would recommend the pork pan fried bun over the beef.

It’s was our first day in town. We drove past and decided to stop. We were greeted and given water immediately. We were confused at first because we were waiting for menus and no one came. I didn’t notice the QR code on the table and figure it out that you place your order online and the food comes out (no server interaction).

I recommend the hand pulled noodles. The xiao long nap is not bad but the noodles is really where it’s at. The texture and chew on them

Most people came for award-wining beef ribs noodles and store signature pork shrimp dumplings, but I found the curry potato chicken rice very tasty as well. Feel free to try all 3 of them:)

Dined by myself here for my hang over cure and got these three things, was by far the best noodles I’ve ever had. Thanks fang noodles for the the fast and delicious food. Online says open at 11 am but they opened at 12 that day.
