A decently good breakfast option if you’re stopping by Waverly. My eggs were done just runny enough and the potatoes are to die for — tasty and savoury without relying on too much salt. There’s also a killer fresh-squeezed orange juice machine. Sadly our flapjacks were a bit overdone, a bit dry, and lacking a bit of their own flavour. They do act as an excellent vehicle for syrup though, soaking it up like no one’s business.

Convenient location with fast service. The food was nothing out of the ordinary but still tasted great, would highly recommend the eggs benedict. Only complaint is that prices were a bit to high for what we got.

I liked the mimosa flight although the flavor syrup settles at the bottom of the glass which makes it a little unappetizing. The food was pretty good! There was a wait on a sunday brunch time which isn’t surprising and their service is pretty fast anyway.

Famous Toastery is definitely a place to visit next time you’re near the Cary area. Their strawberry cream cheese stuffed french toast is a must when coming here! The service was quick and efficient too. We had everyone come visit us in case we needed anything but Lisbet was by far the best server of all. Will definitely come again.

I was disappointed. The prices are $$ for breakfast. We did a carry out meal. The Greek omelet for the price was small, dry, and tasteless. The potatoes were few and mostly burned or they had blackened from being old. We did not receive the condiments that accompany the dishes. We had waffles, but not any syrup. We had toast, but not any jam/jelly. We did not receive any flatware.

Lately I’ve been learning to enjoy my own company in spaces where I would typically gather with others. I popped in prior to catching a matinee at CMX CinéBistro. It would be too early of a show to enjoy the dining at the theater, so I decided to grab breakfast on the patio at Famous. I was seated immediately on the patio while observing families enjoy a meal together. Service here was excellent. From the hostess to the waitresses and server. I enjoyed shrimp and grits with a grapefruit juice. The dish was very rich and there was plenty of andouille sausage and shrimp to enjoy in the flavorful grits.

honestly guys the moment we got there the ac was broke which isn’t the stores fault but the outdoor seating had a bunch of ants so we had to move actually getting our order taken took about twenty minutes but the food came out very fast right after we ordered! i got the avocado omelet and it was alright i mean pretty standard omelet the potatoes were not as i was expecting- kind of burnt. and the toast was… i dont even know what the toast was. chocolate milk was fantastic and they were playing some pretty bomb 80s music so i had to get bonus points for that it made the experience easier. kinda forgot to take the pic until i was already eating it. one thing i will say i have the most problem with is how the total came out to like 42 without tip when we got two drinks two entrees?! i dont know it seemed kinda crazy to me. six dollar orange juice??!?!?!! insane but was very fresh. thanks y’all

Very nice place with surprisingly good gluten and dairy free options. Had the avocado toast and it was fresh and delicious as well as the orange juice being freshly squeezed.
