On my first and only visit I walked in and the staff was standing at the register on the phone (did not acknowledge my presence with I’ll be with you in a minute) after hanging up the phone still refuses to make eye contact and walks away from the register. I then yell to the staff in the back, I’m here to pick up my order. I get my food, not good, they use canned spinach in my Stromboli……save your money and time by going somewhere else to eat, you’ll only disappoint yourself patronizing this establishment…….

OMG!!! Finally! I have found THE BEST NY style pizza place! I have lived in Ocala for 5 years now and have tried every other place and it never is like New England style pizza (which is a type of NY style pizza). If you are from Boston or the surrounding area, this is what you are looking for! Very professional and friendly staff and atmosphere! I would recommend this to everyone I know. This is my family’s new, permanent, pizza spot!

Originally from NYC. Came all the way down from Kissimmee FL to visit family. This is the first pizza store I decided to try and I must say, I was not disappointed. The cheese pizza was just absolutely delicious and sauce has it’s own distinct taste that fits it so well. I’m glad and grateful I came to Pronto Pizza Express first. Will be my to go to store for bigger orders. The store owner was also really cool, appreciate you fam! Stay blessed

Incredibly delicious pizza! I ordered a large mozzarella pizza and some Buffalo wings through the UberEats app, and was legitimately amazed at how good this pizza was. Crisp, but not burnt. The sauce tasted homemade and so, so fresh. The cheese had a flavor profile all on it’s own! I’m so impressed, and will absolutely be a loyal customer! Pretty bad first experience. Pizza was soggy way too thin. Sauce is sweet cheese isn’t great. Dough on the back end knob just chewy and sweet with no crispness even after putting it in the toaster oven to try and crisp it. Just stayed the same. Expensive for what it is. Could of got dominos for 50% off and saved $30 on what I actually got.

They cheese tasted fake to be 100% honest. I’m not sure if it’s because the pizza has been sitting out but it was to the point where I couldn’t even finish one slice. Great people working there but the pizza tastes terrible.
