Good pizza at this restaurant in the heart of Five Points area in Denver. The pizza passer is actually a part of the 517 Bar/Lounge. You can buy pizza by the slice or get a whole 18-inch pizza. The crust is very thin, so you shouldn’t expect any deep-dish action here, but for people who like them thin, you might be in to a good thing. Menu also has other bits like a mixed salad and garlic knots. Seats and tables (benches, actually) are all outside facing the Five Points intersection, and it’s all self-serve seating. Overall, not a bad place for pizza.

I’m sure this place can make a decent slice. I haven’t seen it. Garbage. Very long wait for a clearly old and burned up slice. Pizza like this should not be for sale. Just an old slice. Too bad.

It’s a cool spot and always nice to have a pizza place on the sidewalk to just walk up and get a slice. However I would reccomend going to other places first. This place wasn’t that busy, we ordered ahead and waited the 30 minutes to arrive they requested and waited another 20 minutes only to recieve an overcooked pie. While we waited we saw them mess up other people’s orders. Clearly overworked and understaffed.

Use to be a really good spot with huge slices and fresh pies.. since new ownership, the prices hiked up slices are smaller and the bottom of the crust is burnt like they don’t clean the ovens. Great customer service though. Please do better. Your loyal customers that actually support you in the neighborhood deserve a that much.

Totally decent! I grew up in the US pizza capital (New Haven CT and New York/NYC) so I’m definitely pizza-spoiled but this place was a super close match. Got a slice of cheese. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.

Like most things in Denver, this place has gone way down hill. Second time I have gone there and they didn’t heat up the slices. Prices are up and service is down. Barely any cheese on the tiny slices.

I have to say the best pizza crust in town. My husband ate all of it and he normally doesn’t do that. Pizza is yummy and I realky like the sausage they use. Also the guy at the window was really nice.

This is very good pizza, but as many reviews have said, it’s not “true” NY style pizza and no one who’s eaten real NY pizza would say so. NY pizza has a crust that tears. This is closer to a crisp style, cracker thin crust. Still good pizza though. Very fair prices too. The environment is meh. Homeless people everywhere. One guy sat there at the fence as we were eating and pulled out mounds of trash and threw it all over the sidewalk, despite a trash can 4 feet away. Disgusting and unbelievable.
