The food is great when the order isn’t completely messed up, so it’s not worth coming half the time. I ordered their classic cheeseburger with cheddar, regular pickles (the default is spicy), and ranch, cooked medium well. What did I get? American cheese, no pickles, no ranch, cooked well done. They also gave me the white/light green bad part of the lettuce which was in chunks and should have been thrown out. I have no idea what was going on in that kitchen but someone working there is completely incompetent. At least the servers were nice and brought me the pickles and ranch when I asked for them. The burger was mostly fine, but the American cheese and well done meat took away from it. My order is usually messed up when I come here which is too bad since the food has potential to be amazing.

Food was up to Dave’s standards taste wise except it got a little hard/dry under the heat lamp unless the bread was already going stale and the meat a little dry. Service was excellent though.

We ate here last Father’s Day and the wait was a bit long. BUT the food is great and the service is great. I have been a long time fan of Famous Dave’s Ribs since eating their ribs at the Rib Cook-off in Reno so many times. Great food!!! #bestribsever

Noticed that they overcharged us on a couple of menu items, let them know and they made the adjustments… Looked at our credit card statement later and they ran our card for both the correct & incorrect amounts, turning a $2 mistake into a $46 one.

Went her for dinner 3/25/17, about 6:00 party of 7. Waited 45 min to be seated. Then after looking through the menu wad told they had run out of hamburger.(prior to our waiting) Waited another 45 min for our food. Then had two orders served without their sides. No comps’, no discount, no free dessert even. The Bbq was burned and over cooked. Horrible service, I truly regret not walking to BJ’s and waiting there to eat. Will not be going back, the bbq isn’t worth it.

We went to the Palmdale location today around 12pm . We were seated & for approximately 10 minutes no one came to our table. Several employees did make eye contact but none of them came up to offer any service. We decided not to waste our time at this very poor service place and left. I did inform the host of the poor service and Carmen the manager but I will not be visiting this place ever again!

Ordered the slider sampler. The buns were stale. Portions lacking for the price. Service sucked. Took 20mins to get my drink once order was placed. Makes me wish I was back home at Phils BBQ. I never want to return after my first an only Dave’s experience. 23.75 for a drink and my meal without tip. Money wasted

Disappointing. Have had great meals at events catered by Famous Dave’s. But this dinner at AV Mall was … not good. Service was poor, food was worse. If this had been my first experience with the chain, I’d never come back. I will probably not go back to this specific restaurant.
