Y’all want the best soul food in Ruston? Stop by the Family Spot and get you some real food! Best pork chops I’ve had in a long time and the cabbage was awesome! Absolutely loved the fried cornbread. This place does not disappoint with the food. It’s nothing fancy. it’s not a sit down restaurant. Limited hours. And it’s a little out of the way. But even with all that, this is where I go when I want some good home cooking. If you want a plate, I suggest you call in your order because when it’s gone, it’s gone!
