I have never in my whole life been treated so badly. The woman behind the counter was the worst person I have ever had to interact with. No manners, rude, obnoxious, threw the food at me. Basically robbed me of $30 for 3 slices of pizza. We asked for sauce and waited around for her to go as slow as humanly possible. My partner went up for napkins, she gave him 3 thin napkins. He asked for cutlery. She pointed. No thank you No nothing. I will NEVER advise anyone to go here. Spend your hard earned money else where. BE WARNED. DO. NOT. GO. HERE! I don’t leave reviews but I had to with this woman.

I’m an employee here at MIA and so done with this place. #1 You can’t tip employees if you pay with credit card #2 This location is severely understaffed or poorly managed. I was in line for 15 while one lady made pizzas and one lady expedited food and handled cash. SHE USED THE SAME GLOVES TO TENDER CASH AS SHE DID TO HANDLE THE PIZZA SLICES. GROSS! While the manager ate his food at the table across the way. #3 The quality and quantity has gone down. If you specifically want a pepperoni slice, good look because youre either stuck with cheese or hawaiian. And they made their slices smaller.

Not very good, small portions and expensive. You only eat here because you’re hungry or stuck in MIA airport otherwise you would go some place else and you’d be right to do so. It’s edible at least.

ice cold dough balls… reheated them but forgot about it, so by the time I had them, my pizza I had also ordered was cold – not one apology!! Didn’t apologise for the fact they were cold, didn’t apologise for forgetting after they reheated the dough balls… and way too expensive! Would have given a lower rating but it tasted good.

Don’t recommend. Staff was too busy having their own private conversations to even bother helping me order. Price by the slice was too much for it to taste awful. I could have got a whole medium pizza for dominos for the same price.

The pizza is good. However I am very disappointed that the restaurant does not allow card tips. The staff is very hard working and are good people and they deserve card tips. Especially when so many travelers are passing by and do not have cash on hand. Please look into allowing tipping with card transactions so your employees get the money they deserve.

Overpriced (roughly 7$ for a slice), really bad service (4 unskilled/slacking employees doing the job of one in double the time) and undercooked pizza. AVOID if you can. There are better options around gate J12.
