This is my second time at Faccia a faccia but this visit was really great. The service was excellent. We ordered a bunch of things that we asked our server to course out for us. Nothing new came to the table until the previous thing was finished. I’m not sure when this became so important to me but I really appreciate a well timed meal. The food was really good and interesting. The peach oysters were great little taste, the stuffed zucchini blossoms with crab were also a stand out. We also got the hamachi crudo which was really good, but pieces were thick. The mozzarella sticks and steak tar tar were solid but wouldn’t order again as there is so much to choose from. Then we got 2 pastas. The capaletti and the bucatini. I just got back from Italy and both of these pastas were better than most of the pastas I got there (I think I did Italy wrong!) the capaletti sauce was so good and there was a lemon flavor inside that was a great balance. The bucatini amatriciana had amazing guanciale and thus amazing sauce. We finished with a dessert that was also delicious and well balanced. This restaurant is a bit pricey but when the food is this good I will definitely go back.

This is a very attractive space and decorated nicely. We had a couple of drinks at the bar. Carly was our server and she was outstanding! She was personable, helpful, professional and made great recommendations. It was obvious that she enjoys what she does and it translates into a fantastic client experience. She is truly a star! Good vibe and atmosphere, service was great! The food I would definitely come back for. Octopus was the best dish and the uni squid ink trottole was great if you like pasta. Halibut is a great option if you dont like pasta too, the two sauces really complimented the fish and the potatoes. good Didn’t love the mushroom risotto. 8.6/10

Had a spontaneous dinner tonight and we were blown away. The service was amazing. Alex is a class act and one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The food was simply amazing. The heirloom tomato salad, and the lobster risotto were standouts. We will be back as soon as possible. This is a must for anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful atmosphere with thoughtful and gracious service. 11 out of 10.
