This is a great family owned business. The owner (aka the butcher) does an amazing job with his meats and all the burgers are top notch. I will definitely go back here. The Belgian fries are great! The store is clean and everyone was friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a quality burger or other meats to take home and cook.

On our last night in Queens we decided to grab a burger for dinner that was within walking distance of our hotel. We settled on F. Ottomanelli not really knowing anything about it. It’s pretty small inside but welcoming. The woman at the counter who took our order was really sweet and very helpful. We ordered burgers, fries, a vanilla shake, and a beer. The food was fantastic. The hamburger was fresh and the fries were cooked perfectly. I had the garlic mayo sauce and was not disappointed. Really solid place with great food.

Good food. Definitely not the best burger in Woodside. First time I ever ate there I got a medium rare burger it was as red as a rare burger. 2nd time I ordered 2 well done got both medium. Fries come with a side of sauce.

The customer service here is amazing. I appreciate the employee who took the time and helped me pick and choose a burger. The vegetarian burger ended up being my final choice and it definitely didn’t disappoint. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. The texture itself was great and it wasn’t oily at all. For the price, food, and customer service it truly is a great place and I will be coming back.

If you are ordering Pickup, CHECK if they gave you the right burger + toppings. We picked up the Otto Cheese Burger but when we got home and opened the burger, it was just the meat + bun. That was it. hahaha. When it’s supposed to be “Double Brisket & chuck burger blend topped with American cheese, Otto sauce, lettuce, tomato” Was the cook too busy or something? I mean they were chatting REALLY loud with some customers when I was ordering. I almost had to plug my ears coz they were so loud. I live in the neighborhood and I want good restaurants to last but they just sometimes forget things in the order… This happened to me twice!!
