F.L.X. Table is our take on one of our favorite forms of entertainment; the dinner party. With only 14 seats and no barrier between the dining area and the kitchen, it is meant to be an intimate and interactive experience in which we welcome you not only into our business, but into our home. While you can rent the entire space for the evening, seats can be reserved individually or for parties throughout from 5:30 pm till 9pm. Each evening, a set menu will be served based on seasonality of products and will change regularly, but, each evening only one menu will be served. We will always do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please make us aware of any restrictions when booking your seats.

FLX Table was absolutely a highlight of our Finger Lakes trip. From the service, to the wine, to the food, and finally the overall vibes – everything was excellent. I really appreciated the intimate atmosphere, while also everyone still having their own table. I also appreciated the interactive wine experience and various alcohol options overall. The food was also incredibly local and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant, and will be back next time we’re in the area.

A must in the finger lakes. The intimate restaurant seats 12 and the menu changes daily. When we went the duck was out of this world but the ‘market board’ is the dish we can’t stop talking about. Fresh fruit and veggies with dips and spreads you wouldn’t believe. An amazing experience

This was the most wonderful dining experience of my life. Each “tasting” had an array of tastes and textures and flowed from one to another like a gentle stream. With children, while I can’t and shouldn’t have a favorite, I can love each one in a different way. That’s how I felt about the courses in the meal tonight. They were all my favorite, but each in a different way.

Original, creative, sensational food experience in a relaxing, fun setting. It is amazing what the team was able to create with such a small kitchen. I tried foods I never had before and was blown away with the taste of the pairings they made. It was a 2.5 hour duration that flew right by. I highly recommend enjoying this experience. Wine focused restaurant with farm-to-table cooking. Fairly standard fare (risotto, lamb), but prepared with top ingredients and simply. The ajoblanco was the standout when we visited. The wine pairings are superb, both the least expensive and second. A good range of odd ball and difficult to find wines that are still delicious and pair well.
