Ordered combo 1 (cheesesteak/fries/can soda) $9.99 but added mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce so came to $14.49. Picked up food and got home no lettuce was on cheesesteak and forgot can drink. Taste was plain and dry. Called back to inform of mistake and asked if I wanted to come back so they could add lettuce on steak. I informed her no thanks didn’t want to waste gas and time coming back. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ever since new owners, quality has declined incredibly. Service is terrible waited 2 hrs for my food ( I’m 5 mins from store with a 45 min expected wait) when my wings got here there were terribly burnt so bad I couldn’t eat them. The meat was black. Yes I’m gonna insert a few pictures. Once upon a time this was the greatest wing spot in Delaware. Now gotta be the worst

Waited over a hour and a half for delivery ended up calling the location they told me “he’s should be pulling up now” waited 15 minutes nobody “pulled up” called back cancelled my order. Delivery man came 2 hours later trying to sell me that cold pizza. I rejected him. This was my first time ever ordering from this place I will never deal with them again they have to get it together

Rude careless dirty..I been coming here for years and each time I order it gets more and more ratchet..I’m done..all the juice was spilled out of my wings, this isn’t the first time, all the cheese was slid off my pizza like it was just thrown in the car. They refused to compensate for any of it. They don’t wear gloves when making your food ..they act racist toward black ppl , like Mexicans aren’t black too. They have the black customers number stored under black in the system after u order a few times, insider gave that info check out yelp for more info on that

Reminder they told me 15 to 20 minutes. When i got there they just started the meatball sub.These people had no gloves on and told me 15 to 20 minutes and it’s already almost 30 minutes and when I went to go pick my food up they touching my food with no gloves on and what the meatballs is usually cook on they had put my meatballs in the microwave bare hands that is not sanitary. Watch them when they do your food and don’t order over the phone ever

Only had the wings, I like my wings to be a little more tender, there wings are very tasty. The sauce they use is flavorful and if you don’t like spicy than not for you, even there mild is real spicy but good. I didn’t like that I called the order in, was told be done in like 20mnts, got there in 20mnts and had to wait additional 20mnts. It was very cold outside that day, and cold inside Express Wings, very small inside, no setting area.
