Hands down the fastest service they cook it all fresh on a hibachi grill in front of your face! The best food I’ve ever tasted in Japanese restaurant!!!!! And I got of course they’re three meat fried rice bowl which was stuffed full to the brim I didn’t even have the capacity to eat it all! It was so good the meat was perfect the shrimp was cooked to perfectness the beef and chicken was cooked to perfection no fat very lean the vegetables were great whole vegetables not just slices of them! Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to In My Life!

First time trying Express Japan and for a food court meal was super good and grilled to order, so very hot and fresh. Not a bad price at $13 for shrimp and chicken. On the other hand it took a long time and it’s the mall, so not a place for a quiet meal.

This is usually my go-to place for food whenever I’m at the mall. Sometimes it takes a little while to wait for my meal to get finished here, especially during busier times, but I’ve never personally had a problem with poor service here. The flavor does taste a bit more rushed than in other teriyaki places, but I find it addictive and enjoyable, especially when I get beef with fried rice.

Sitting here waiting forever for my food because one guy is doing all the work when I realize y’all have “express” in the name. Get called up to my plate, along with some stranger to ask if I want more sauce, because I want to get closer to some stranger because you don’t know how to put sauce on food. I’ll grab fast food from a different place next time. Had to give it one star, zero isn’t an option

I love that the chicken is cooked to order and fresh. It received 4 stars because sometimes the cashiers are nice and sometimes they are not but the food is good. It has good flavor and they add extra sauce. I recommend this place if your at the mall.
