The service left much to be desired. Twice served by the owner/manager and his attitude towards us was unbecoming. He seemed agitated and inconvenienced by simple requests like an outside table. Following this he seemed to become more agitated by our presence. The food was very well prepared and the highlight is the tea leaf salad, unfortunately not pictured. The main dishes pictured were fantastic. While the service is not stellar, the food is.

They have good food and offer quick service. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. We ordered Burmese Pad Thai and Sesame Chicken, both of which I’d wholeheartedly recommend. Mango Chicken and Burmese Fried Rice were also quite palatable. Plata was the only bad dish.

We’ve been here a couple of times because we love Burmese cuisine and to be honest, the “experience” was laughable for a restaurant named Experience Burma. Consistent with what others have said here, the hospitality/manager is brusque and rude and “can’t be bothered.” If you want good Burmese food, this ain’t it my friends. The restaurant is laden with flies while you’re eating, the staff was literally actively cleaning plates in the front of the restaurant which was v appetizing for us to watch, the food was sogging with enough oil to give you an immediate coronary, but most importantly the hospitality was so impressively bad I felt the need to write this review so… eater beware, and experience Burma elsewhere!

Hmmm…. The food is just average and did not quite have the “flavor”. The egg and ladyfinger curry was their best dish which was average. We ordered several dishes and a few appetizers and none passed the test. The service was very poor. The gentleness and warmth that the Burmese are know for was missing. If you want to try Burmese food find another spot. The ambience here is very casual and cold.

Went with our team for lunch. We had a reservation for it. We just loved the food and service. Food was served within 10 min of placing the order. They were all flavorful. We just emptied everything we ordered. Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup & Lemongrass chicken are must try. Deserts were good too. Parking is tricky as there is limited parking in Division street but, there are ample road side parking available around the block. Will surely re-visit this restaurant for the yummy food.

Ordered thru their on-line system, good descriptions of dishes! Sesame beef, pumpkin (kombucha squash) & pork curry (our fave), shan noodles and samosas. Food arrived on time, good level of spiciness and was delicious!

Shared the tea leaf salad with shrimp and basil lamb. Food was delicious, service was delightful and responsive. Food came quickly. Cloth tablecloths and napkins made it feel like a good value. Plus I never make this food at home so I’m more than happy to pay for it. Highly recommended.

Simply traditional Burmese – this place is a nice weekend lunch spot with indoor outdoor seating and an extensive Burmese menu. We tried their tea leaf salad, minted chicken, black pepper tofu and wok spicy noodles. Everything was super yummy! I’d definitely be back here!
