I just ordered a chicken Philly and it is literally impossible to chew!! The chicken is so hard and unseasoned I’m highly pissed. I try calling 3 times to let them know and nobody answered. I can’t even eat any of it that’s how bad it is. I can’t chew any of the chicken. I want my money back.

I’ve never eaten here in person, but ordered from them when my Normal wing spit was closed and they are absolutely fantastic. Since then they’ve been my go to spot, everything on the menu is always cooked to perfection!!! Definitely give this place a try

I have been eating at the exotic wings. On Centerpoint pkwy at least once a week for the past year. I loved it when I first tried it and continued to return every time I’m in town. over the past few months the quality of food has been sub par and I finally have had enough. Today I arrived at 11:30 and ordered my usual # 21 which is the wing and catfish combo. The fish was freshly fried (which is normal) so it was hot and crispy, and good. The problem is that every thing else was like warm to outright cold. The wings were cooked to death and cold( how does that happen) the fries were soggy and just warm. The tartar. Sauce container exploded in my lap when I pulled the top off. This product should be refrigerated to prevent this, and more importantly causing food born illness.I will not be returning any longer. I have given the establishment the bennifit of the doubt, but the problems I spoke of are more consistent than I can accept.

I really like this place. I’ve had their whole wings, Cajun ranch cheese fries, gizzards, Philly cheesesteak ,which was phenomenal, ranch wings and corn nuggets. But whoever seasoned and fried my pork chop sandwich last night deserves a $5 pay raise and some tlc. If the inside was updated with spots open to sit and slightly better customer service I’d give 5 stars.

Ordered from Door Dash 2pcs fish 6 wing pcs. The taste was absolutely terrible. It has changed a lot since my last visit. The chicken was unseasoned and tastless. The fish was okay. Everything was hot and freshly cooked just poor flavor. The wings are NOT worth it.

I went through the drive-thru and felt like I was rush. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Pulled around and no greeting. Didn’t even ask or tell me what I order. Just gave me the price and took my money. And this was my fault but they forgot to put sauce on my fries. I gotta start checking my order. Catfish was good though.

The most racist people I ever met in my life would not take our order because we are white we told him we had a door dash they gave us the drink for the order then told us the order was picked up witch was not true. Never in my life will ever go back here. Hope this establishment fails.
