Three strikes & they’re out. We’ve tried Ewa Pointe Chinese Restaurant 3 times in 3 months. First time was okay, but not great. The portions were generous so we gave them another try. Second time portions were much smaller & food just okay again. So tonight we thought we’d give them another try. We order fried rice, which once again was a generous portion. We also ordered sweet & sour chicken but instead received shrimp in it & not chicken. Extremely dangerous mistake for those who may have a shellfish allergy! Called the restaurant to tell them what happened. I was told to just call the delivery service for a refund. No offer to fix my order & make it right. Very disappointing. Not ordering from there again.

Did not eat here- was in the strip mall and walked by staff setting up. They left a 5 gallon bucket of chicken thighs uncovered and not refrigerated in the parking lot with flies all over it! Do not eat the chicken it is fly infested!

Gotta Say this would be the Best chinese Resteraunt on the west side of the island! Quality of the food! Excellent! Service average, depending if? Busy, mostly fast and Friendly ! We ALWAYS have family events here! We’ve been coming here since!! They opened, it’s Pretty pricey NOW!! But all worth it! We will be back soon! Mahalo!!

This place is the most authentic in our humble opinion, within 20mi, it could be a favored amonst all if they could attemps to address serving food with accuracy. One day noodle is amazing next its just adequate. We still support this store, as they are nice and welcoming to ALL. Heads up they do get quite busy, thus the problem having accurate food each day, since food is so good they get very swamped as they are only human this is the consequence unfortunately. Overall; this place is one a our fav. thanks ewa point!
