Great food and service , Both American food and Sushi was a nice surprise, 9th visit , had the steak and cheese fries , preferred mine with no pico, very good and different, Tyson provided great service at the bar, had sushi and gyoza, very fresh and good, didn’t like the Japanese pickles though, vegetable pizza was awesome, hope to be back soon, thank you !

I was here for a conference and stuck eating from here for the week. The evolution restaurant and buffet was good but not great. I ate the Truya Fire Maki, Dragon Maki and Ube steak sliders, everyday from their restaurant lol. Their fish wasn’t all that bad nor was it fresh. Their buffet options were not vast but the food was well prepared. I was shocked at how good it was. Their steak was tender and juicy! Service was good but the ticketing time could be better and is probably better if it wasn’t for the conference. Cheers

The food is mediocre, the drinks are overpriced, and the servers were a bit slow to come take our order. For a late night dinner when nothing else was open, I guess it was alright. But if you have the option to go somewhere else, do it.

I ordered from both troyu sushi and evolution, no problem. Yes, hotel prices. Service was great. My order of miso soup, blossom roll, and beet salad was okay. I would not have a problem ordering there again, but we are trying other food on this short trip.

Nice open air seating inside the Hyatt. It can get crowded of there’s an event but good food at fair prices considering the nice hotel. Not many take out spots nearby. Relax and stay in for dinner. Good tap list too.

SO not impressed! Burger was sad .. said it came with cheddar and it was Swiss .. one simple ask was mustard .. they gave me little packets, each of which were so old they were dry and hard — the proprietor, without my asking, came over and said “oh, is the mustard dry?” — REALLY? Clearly, he already knew .. and didn’t have anything fresh to offer (think about how old mustard has to be in a sealed packet and be HARD!!!) .. Pathetic .. won’t order ANYTHING there again.

Very slow service. We sat there for 30 minutes and asked multiple servers and they didn’t take our order. Even the tacos outside didn’t have the sever there. We had to order it from the IT guy. The pasta was really nice however. Nice atmosphere too.
