I only catch bugs in 1/20 salads here, to be fair. This little caterpillar was almost an extra source of protein today. Note to self: avoid the kale. It’s hard to wash.

I have never received a correct order from this location. Today my salad was missing 4 items including chicken. When I called the employee handed the phone to the manager and said “here, you can deal with her”. I explained it to the manager who was immediately defensive and was told we have new employees and everyone makes mistakes. I asked if someone was checking the orders after the new employee made them and I was accused of being rude and “you’re not going to talk to me that way”. I finally had to request a refund in my nicest voice to get her to respond. They always screw up, never own it and are defensive. Terrible customer service. I will never return.

So glad they have reopened at Columbia Tower. Delicious, fresh healthy salads! So many options! And so easy to order ahead online or on the app and pick up lunch. Love my evergreens 🙂

Went in to Evergreens to get a salad before closing time. I was greeted with we have nothing available but all the serving dishes were locked up and they were closing earlier than the scheduled time. Disappointed in Evergreens
