I am Not one to leave negative reviews but…I am brazilian and love Açai. Unfortunately theirs is not pure açai, extremely sweet, I couldn’t finish my bowl. And no Blueberries? That is one if the most basic companion to Açai. It tasted off. Service was plain.

I couldn’t even finish the bowl it was so sickly sweet. We have travel for work and have Acaí all over the country and this is the worst I’ve had. Way higher than California prices and if you want to change one thing they charge you $2 on top of already high prices.

If you like service with a smile go somewhere else. They serve up some decent tasting bowls with a side of self hatred and misery. You’d think these people were getting paid $2 an hour with how rudely they behave. You can taste the anger in your fruit.

Visiting from out of town and the acai bowl craving hit at breakfast time. Got the tropical bowl but subbed strawberries for the pineapple – really really good and refreshing, craving satisfied; friend got a smoothie which was also good. I appreciate how much you can customize your order. The girl working there was kind and patient with us while we took time to decide what we wanted – would definitely go back.

Okay….. I don’t leave a lot of reviews. And I’m sorry this is really negative. But I spent a lot of money on an açaí bowl here that I sadly couldn’t even finish. Who made this recipe?? The açaí base tasted like chemicals and bubble gum and the texture was bizarre and stretchy. Almost like a putty? It’s definitely got something weird in it, like maybe corn syrup? I don’t understand. The girls who served me were nice and the place is nice and clean but holy moly… $14 for silly putty and no blue berries either.. I was so hungry and then so disappointed.

I love how they haven’t had blueberries for 6 months yet charge the same price. if you ask to substitute any other fruit for the blueberries they want to charge $2 more for a “create your own”. Total joke. Won’t be going back to this location. Stay away. Fraudulent location.

I used to love this place so much, and I have introduced so many friends to this business. Lately, I find it disappointing. They don’t carry all the toppings they used to have, and most recently, today, I went in for their classic Everbowl and was told they no longer have blueberries. Blueberries are one of the toppings advertised on the everbowl. I asked if they could substitute the blueberries with another fruit and they said they could not. So, all they topped my Everbowl with was granola,strawberries and bananas. I’m not sure that I’m going to go back and I have been a loyal customer ever since they opened.

woah….okay the dragonfruit flavor was great. but the açaí flavor really needs some work. that was so strange lol the taste is very odd and very fake tasting. did not taste like a smoothie bowl consistency. However, the people that work there are very friendly and the environment is great!
