Hidden little gem. The Molcajete was amazing, a mixture of carne asada, grilled chicken, chorizo, and shrimp are delicious. It also includes hand made tortillas, guacamole, rice, beans, nopales, queso freco and salsas to complete the meal. The dish will easily feed 2-3 people. The restaurant is small and with a strong smell/smoke from the food being cook but if you’re doing take out this is not the case. The waiting time can rage from 20-40 mins but the food makes it worth it. Parking is very limited.

Hands down best Mexican food I have ate. The environment is great staff is amazing. Small amount of seating but I didn’t go there for seating. Food was delicious and plentiful. I will be back soon, to have more of your delicious food. Thank you for your courtesy and hospitality while I was there. You are amazing.

Been here a couple times mendoza us bomb. Method of them is order ahead and we will call u or we will let you know when it’s ready . Sat in the car for about 30mins , I walked up to the register just so they can say they forgot to call me. Didn’t happen once but 3 times, I was hoping after addressing issue it wld be fixed. G

They took more than half an hour to get my order ready. They skipped my order and gave preference to the couple that sat down. My order was to go. The food is good. Their chilaquiles rojos are really good. But I don’t plan to go back there anytime soon. Is like one of those tías you visit once in a while because you miss the familiarity, but once you see them you remember why you don’t visit that often.

Very good authentic food! Very small dining space but gives it a lot of charm. I had a huarache with chicken and it was delicious. First time in a while where I ate all my food

Great little hole in the wall and I do mean little, but the food is great. We got here and wanted some chip while we waited, but the lady that took out orders said they didn’t offer chips. But when we got our food we understood why, it was a lot of food. We got the Ranchero plate and would definitely recommend it. Will definitely come back again! The only downside is that the wait is pretty long but worth the wait.

A hole in the wall with good food such as homemade tacos that feel light, and fish fajitas that have a good balance of freshness and flavor. The bathroom is tiny. You sit on one of about 10 barstools at a counter if you are eating in. We stopped to eat here on our way back from Santa Barbara and were glad we did. The neighborhood is working class but was quiet and friendly; street parking was hit and miss.

The food is Delicious! The portions are really good and they are cheaper than most Mexican restaurants. Restaurant is small enough sitting for around 12 people. They do take orders over the phone for pickup. Would definitely recommend it.
