Everything about this place is perfect! The food is incredible – try the Shrimp Etouffee or the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. I hope they get their full license soon so you can sit and enjoy these wonderful ladies and their great business. We stopped on the way to deliver a parkour kit in Houston and will come back this way just to eat here again!

Crawfish were easy to peel, not overcooked. I have owned a food truck and crawfish business. I know how important reviews are. I changed my review from a lower rating strictly because they just opened in Covington. I was able to speak to one of the owners and she was very appreciative that I would contact them directly and listen to my silly advice. I will definitely be eating here often as I travel through Covington. Great people and they love what they do.

We got 2 Rambling Cajun bake potatoes with the shrimp and crawfish It only had 3 shrimp ( was very good but not enough seafood). Large Down Da Ba You salad with crab meat and shrimp. It’s not a real big salad but was loaded with crab meat and shrimp.

We got the corn and crab bisque, etouffe, and jambalaya and it was all so delicious. The service was fast and the food was excellent. We will definitely be returning! The only thing to keep in mind is that the food is only to go.
