We recently stopped in to get lunch. I really wanted to have some Ethiopian food as we don’t have that option where we live. The staff was very welcoming and did everything they could to make our experience a good one. We ordered vegetarian dishes and tea and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was great! The service was fast and attentive. I only wish they had actual iced tea (as opposed to hot tea with a bit of ice). Otherwise, it was a great lunch and if we lived closer, we would absolutely go back. High recommend.

Originally came in to buy some spices, but ended up eating here too. I enjoyed the food it was definitely something new. There were a few items that reminded me of my own culture’s food. The highlight of the meal was actually the tea, it was extremely delicious. I do think the service was a bit slow, but at the end I believe the owner came to speak to each table which I thought was nice.

First time trying and was very good and I don’t like hot stuff and I got beef and potatoes that was really good.

I love this restaurant so much! We live over 1400 miles away, but try to get here whenever we are nearby. The food is out of this world, with a great selection and spot-on seasoning.

Love this place! We got the dinner platter, the sambusas, and the tea. Everything was delicious, flavorful and fresh! And the portions were VERY generous. It is so fun to have authentic Ethiopian food in the suburbs!

Delicious, authentic Ethiopian food in the suburbs! I’m a vegan and order the vegan combo which is so good. The serving portions are generous & it has become my fav place for Ethiopian food without driving to the city!

Food used to be great in prior months but we had two bad visits in a row these last two weeks.
