Wednesday nights are Dumpling Nights! I thoroughly enjoyed the nicely balanced hand-folded dumplings, your choice of either Pork & Nira (garlic chives) or Mushroom & Bamboo. They were plump and silky.

Visiting from Detroit and a friend took me here for dumpling night. It was fantastic! The dumplings and curry were delicious. I love the mission of Et. Al and the food were seriously delicious. Next time I’m in Tulsa on a Wednesday, I’ll be stopping by!

If I could, I’d probably give this place 10/5 stars, that’s how good it is. This collection of young chefs knocks it out of the park with their flavors and use of fresh ingredients. I just went to dumpling night and it is the best Japanese food I have had outside of the Seattle area, and perhaps some of the best Japanese food I have ever had. The food, the drinks, and the atmosphere all provides an absolutely stellar experience.

They catered a party at our place yesterday and it was amazing,the food was great. The genuinely friendly staff were serious with every detail and all of them are obviously very passionate about what they do. There is nothing else like Et Al in the city. My only regret is not taking pictures to show.

Too many incredible things to say about this team and food! It’s a worthwhile and beautiful experience when someone is willing/ open to share their culture with you in such an authentic way. The food is innovative and the team are super kind and funny. You can tell they love what they do and they are damn good at it too. I love it here.
