The food and service were good, but nothing to write home about. My only complaint about this place is that I ordered a “Cadillac” margarita and then proceeded to watch the bartender pour my Cadillac from this premade bucket and then put a floater on top. Right in front of me. Now, it’s possible that they premake their Cadillacs, but seeing as how I saw him pour every margarita from the same bucket, no others with a floater, I’m assuming that those were house margaritas. That’s pretty sus! Word of advice, when a customer who’s sitting at the bar and can see you making the drinks orders a Cadillac, make it from scratch in front of them, not from the bucket. You know who else premixes their margaritas in a bucket? Applebee’s, but theirs is a dollar, and yours was $13.25. Very disappointed.

The vegan burrito is absolutely amazing! I have been meaning to write this review for a while! I usually dig in to my burrito before remembering I wanted to take a picture. Now I have several different pictures of this burrito before I’ve started eating it, and what I love most about this burrito is its consistency! Every single time, it is consistently delicious! It is bursting with such delicious flavor, and an incredible amount of veggies! This is hands-down my go-to for an amazing vegan burrito!

Very typical restaurant, very homey, but the food is very good. The service was great. The portions were big, we ate about half our plates, but living in the city now I think we forgot how big portions can be! We came for a late lunch, and didn’t need dinner!

This is not your über posh swanky spot. This is your family-friendly, hearty, yummy, fast Mexican place that makes you happy and full while not breaking the bank. Their pick-up service is almost nearly always ready within 15 minutes. And lastly “To-Go Margaritas”. . . Strong ones. It’s our family’s go-to when we’re out of ideas.

I’m a bit worried, over the past 1/2 year the food has changed. No longer are chimichangas deep fried and crispy. They arrive flattened out, like they’ve been squeezed with something and they are not crispy, just soft sided. Also the salsa, which WAS the Best in town, now is super watery, no flavor or taste and is mostly chopped onions. I’m sad and so disappointed Esteban’s has been my favorite for years. Did they get a new cook?

Great food, great margaritas, effing unbelievable salsa. We bought a quart to take back to our Airbnb and finished it off within two days. They wouldn’t give us the recipe and we weren’t sure how we could transport more of it home on the plane. But honestly go here, and have the best salsa you’ll ever try. We’ll keep trying to crack that recipe though!!

It’s OK but I’m allergic to onions and ordered my food without onions but they still put onions in it. They did make it right after I sent it back a little pricey but overall OK

Imho it is Americanized Mexican/Hispanic food. The salsa was pretty good but I like a little heat in it and a bit more chili in my chili rejeno. However, my SO, loved the ground beef enchiladas.

One of the best restaurants on the island, definitely the best in Oak Harbor for something fast and casual. They have plenty of gluten free options. The food quality is excellent whether you’re getting it to go or dining in. Great salsa, and every entree I’ve had is fantastic.
