I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic pizza and pasta place, and I can’t contain my enthusiasm to share my exceptional experience. Not only were the food and ambiance top-notch, but our server, Alex, truly elevated our dining experience to new heights with their outstanding service.

We went to Esposito’s for dinner with friends and ordered a sesame seed crusted pizza that was exceptionally delicious. We also had their pear and arugula salad. The service was great, Sue was our waitress and she was terrific!

I drove 2.5 hours from NY to visit my friend John and he recommended we get dinner here. The food was GREAT! We got pizza and chicken/pasta dishes for 7 of us and everyone loved it.

Terrible customer service and not accommodating when addressing THEIR OWN mistake. Ordered 2 takeout pizzas and salads. Clearly asked for a specialty Nonna Pizza and a Plain pie. Upon arrival, they told us the bill was $70 – obviously way too high. Instead a of a plain pizza, they gave us a clam pizza. We told the employee at the counter of the mistake. She answered “I thought you said clam.” All other employees completely were avoiding the situation and would not step in to assist their fellow employee. The restaurant did not want to deal with their mistake. We asked if we could just receive a plain pie. The restaurant would not take back the clam pie and would not give us a plain pie for free. We had to pay for a new pie in addition to what we already paid, which was already way too much because of this stupid clam pie. The restaurant then purposely made our new pie as slow as they could. We expected much better from a restaurant we thought had high standards.

Where to start? A friend recommended Espositos, especially the #12 signature sesame seed pizza ( imagine hot sausage, pesto, fresh Mozzarella and caramelized onions on a pizza)… We were greeted by Char (Charlemagne) who was a fantastic server. A cheerful blonde who is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with… After looking over the menu, we found the angry grandpa… a pizza with a thin crust baked square, fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, pepperoni cups, sausage, and hot honey. Well the decision was tough, but Char helped by letting us know they offered the grandpa in a personal size… The mini arancini just sounded too good to pass up as well, so we ended up with more food than three people could eat…

I ordered the specialty pesto pie which was pretty close to not being edible. Completely dry, with the slightest drizzle of pesto and hardly any cheese, not to mention NO sauce! When I called to say how terrible it looked and had no sauce, the girl who answered the phone couldn’t be more rude or condescending. We have been a loyal customer since Esposito’s opened and supported them all through Covid. In the past couple of years the quality of food and service has rapidly declined. I have given them chances now and again and every time I say never again! This was the last straw. It’s sad when you lose good local customers. My pizza, along with their menu went right in the garbage!
