I love this place so much I almost don’t want to share it with anyone so I can keep it to myself! The food is great and all home cooked by the owners. Ernie’s is more than just about food. It is what I imagine going to breakfast was like back in the 60s. The staff is so friendly and checking in about how things are going. It is small, but intimate. Seems to be a place that would normally be lost in time. The food is delicious too!

The best food dinner food in the area of Melrose and Stoneham. Been going here since I was a kid. Pam is a wonderful waitress and owner of the place. She makes this place feel like home. Jarred the cook is so funny and super good at what he does. They both make the restaurant so welcoming. This is a second home to me.
