When l walked in this place, I was in love. The local bar atmosphere was amazing. Thinking the food would make me want to give this place a 10 star rating. Unfortunately, it was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Absolutely flavorless salsa sauce and the shrimp didn’t seem to have any spice at all on it. Even the beans and rice were totally bland.

It was my first time going there. It had a very mildew smell soon as I walked in as if it wasn’t clean. Then when I sat down at the table. We had to request for our waitress to come wait on us. I look up in the corner and there’s a big cobwealth that’s like 4 ft away from me up in the corner and I’m just like obviously that has not been cleaned so that makes me wonder about the rest of the place. To be honest the food was this very mediocre on a scale from 1 to 10 I will rate it a 4 . My waitress I was told is the owner she was very nice but I just think somebody needs to let her know that she needs to clean up the place and make it a little bit more appealing. The food was very bland. Unfortunately not to be mean I just don’t think I will patronize this place again. Especially when I know there’s better Mexican cuisine out there with a cleaner nicer atmosphere. I love Mexican cuisine but I respect a good restaurant with good customer service and a clean atmosphere more than anything. I wish them well though but when I arrived at the place and I knew there was only one car in the parking lot at 2:00 in the afternoon I thought this is not a good sign. I truly hope that they can improve their establishment. However I’m not trying to say that it was the worst restaurant or anything but it just wasn’t good enough that I want to go back and give money too.

Had dinner this evening. Food was below standard. Beef in enchiladas was dry, rice was under-cooked, beans tasted like they were out of a can. Prior to pandemic used to eat there weekly and loved it. Haven’t been there in awhile, won’t be going back. Very disappointed.

Not good at all. It took forever for someone to even come out and greet us, 2 others left instead of waiting. The food (especially the rice) was hard, like it was sitting out all night before they gave it to me. My husband barely ate. That place needs a face-lift, and definitely more employees.

No long wait but they were busy. Waitress was VERY pleasant & prompt. Food was excellent. Will definitely go BACK again.. Believe there was only 2 waitresses but they WERE on the ball. Definitely recommend you try it, you’ll love it. I did..n I’m PICKY about my food.

I have been going to this Establishment since probably the late eighties. My parents would take us here for dinner quite a bit! I moved back to this area about 7 years ago. Have had dinner with my boyfriend and friends a couple of times. Last Friday June 17th I called for a take out orders. So upon calling the phone Rain quite a few times but I understand they are probably busy. A woman answered the phone and rudely told me “we are NOT taking any take out orders now and hung up on me!!!!! I have never ever been treated so poorly with a establishment

This decor here hasn’t changed in over 25 years. The outside of the building looks dilapidated. Over the past 25 years portion size and quality have gone down considerably, while prices have risen slightly. The best thing is the amazing staff. My son is autistic and our waitress was amazing with her patience, understanding, and taking his order. If love to see this place shine again as a little gem in the middle of nowhere.
